I purchased a pro tank 2 from these people not 2 weeks ago. It was defective so I took it back. They would not exchange it offer me store credit or anything. The chick called joe the manager and basically told me tough luck. The guy behind me also had a defective battery. He received the same treatment. I would suggest not wasting your money here on this cheap products and go to sin city capes or Scarlett vapor. Way better products and service. And they have warranties in case their crap just falls apart.
