Dont do this to yourself.
Between the bed bugs, roaches, dog shit, and garbage literally everywhere, there is also NO administrative presence here. The management is non-​existent. The one manager who works here will look you directly in your face and lie to you about anything you ask. All of the negative reports listed elsewhere are absolutely true.
Welcome to the ghetto on the strip. Maintenance people who avoid actual work. Meanwhile everyone is busy passing the blame and passing the buck to someone else. Police are always storming the area and noise is very common here. Sleep is forbidden. The low rent may seem like a temptation, but trust me, you WILL pay the price for living here.
You have been warned.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed in. The management is super nice and it’s so close to the strip! Had a great convo with management so really helped me out with places to go. I come to Vegas to visit my aunt and me and my friends honestly really enjoy staying here. Really recommend! :)

If you don’t mind having 3 mopeds stolen, 2 shootings 20 feet from your window, a stabbing, and fearing for your life as you step out your door… then this is the place for you! Even more convenient, if you are not around to sign a document the managers will be happy to forge your signature for you.
For a grade F place to stay, you’ve found your dream home.
