Rude and when I called it’s a cell phone not even a business. Not professional at all

I’m so glad I found this place! I recently moved to Las Vegas and desperately needed my hair done! I’ve had horrible experiences with hair salons since I’ve relocated. I’m very happy with the service I received from Ty & Cuprice. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning! Everything was explained to me & they asked if I had any questions. Also another stylist Miss Bowie checked on me. I was treated like royalty! This team of hair stylist now have my business. My hair looks great and I’m grateful for the time they spent to make sure my experience was awesome. I’m so glad I found very professional & friendly stylist!

Let me start of by saying I usually Unilocal when something is amazing or horrible, no in betweens. So here goes, Cuprice might just be the most amazing stylist on the planet!!! No, seriously, it took me a while to find her talents and I looked high and low. I’ve been wearing braids off and on for years, and was just not satisfied with what I was getting on 125^th street. I did a google search and found Angel Hair Braids, and one other place that I shall not name, because I’m not sure how she is still in business. Anyway, I dissected Angel Hair Braids website, emailed Cuprice a million and one times, and she answered every question I had with detail, returned every phone call, and even allowed me time to decide what I really wanted, meaning no pressure. When I finally decided to get my hair done by Cuprice (Vegas location), I was greatest by the most professional but friendly person, that was on time (thank you god), and we chatted to finalize what I wanted and we began. I have never had my braids done so tiny, not tight at all and my hair come out looking just amazing, I mean really amazing. The whole process took two days, but it was worth every moment I sat (her very sweet husband brought me coffee when I needed it), and let me say that it is nice to be in a private room, without eight other people in your head, and a bootleg movie playing that is so loud you can barely hear your own thoughts. I need to reiterate that, every question I asked she answered with and honest non bias answer that makes you feel like you wish you could get this type of service in ever aspect of your life. I could go on and on about what I experienced at Angel Hair Braids, I can go on and on about how amazing my hair looks, and everyday I look in a mirror or catch a glimpse of myself, I feel like a super star. If you are looking to be glamafied, and made to feel like a princess, the simple answer is Cuprice at Angel Hair Braids.

Where do I began… this hair salon is amazing from the elegant appearance of the facility to the chipper greating employees. I found this place as I was searching for a hair braider. I called and got a consultation the very next day. A lovely lady, Curprice, brought me back to one of their many private salon rooms, which were designed beautifully, and she was patient with me, answered all my questions. I started out with box braids and those came out so beautifully. She takes her time and you are gauranteed to come out looking fresh and ready to show off your new look. I feel spoiled when I go to her salon.
The next style I got was small individuals… might as well have been micros but trust me… she can braid smaller if you want it. They came out as usual… like perfection. I could have worn those braids for many months but I get tired of the same style and I decided to go natural. I did not really have to do a Big Chop because I had been in braids for so long that I only needed to cut about 2 inches off. Another lady, Dee, took my braids out and ordered me lunch and trimmed the relaxed ends, gave me a steam treatment and my hair was so soft and was so easy to manage. They are truly hair angels.

I stumbled upon the Hairess website when I was looking for a place to get my hair braided. I called to make an appointment right away after I saw that they also took care of natural hair. I spoke with a friendly and knowledgable Cuprice and made an appointment for my consultation.
The day of my consultation, I met with Cuprice who showed me the different types of braids and the prices. She took a look at my hair and made recommendations based on what would be the healthiest for my hair. She was very patient with me and all of my questions.
I was very impressed with the well decorated facilities. The salon has a very modern feel and is very professional. There are private rooms, as opposed to booths and that made me feel very comfortable. When I went in to have my hair braided, I was offered a tablet pc so that I could browse the internet, I was offered lunch, and I was given the remote control to the TV. The entire experience felt like a spa day!
I had been getting my hair braided since I was 7 years old and I always hated it. I have never had an experience like I did at Hairess. I am very «tender-​headed» and I was expecting to be in pain for the entire time. However, because of Cuprice’s technique, I was not in pain. There is a certain level of discomfort that is unavoidable, but I really was surprised at how little pain I felt. I was also pleasantly surprised at how little time everything took. The finished product was beautiful. I have received so many compliments on my hair. I even bought one of their yummy-​smelling moisturizing products to keep my hair happy and healthy while in the braids.
I have decided to let the people at Hairess adopt and care for my hair. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their hair braided or looking for a salon that will take care of natural hair.

I was considering cutting the relaxer out of my hair and going natural. I called this place and spoke to a very nice and encouraging lady on the phone. I made a consultation appointment for Tuesday after work.
I went in for the consultation and met with Ms. Bowie, a very nice hair stylist. She was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She even gave me a hug (I look much younger than my 31 years, so people tend to refer to me as «cute» and baby me, but I needed a hug so.). I made my Big Chop appt. for Saturday.
SO wonderful was the consultation, that I ended up being overwhelmed by the positivity of the experience and excitement that I called Thursday morning to see if I could get in any earlier. They accomodated me and I went in for the BC, a steam treatment, and a complimentary style. Total $ 80.
I loved Ms. Bowie’s attitude. She answered my dumb questions. She didn’t even mind that I brought my kid at the last minute. She gave him her Ipad to play with and got to work. She cut the relaxed ends off, steamed it, and did a twist out. Wonderful.
The only downside was that I didn’t like the products (like I know anything about products), but I don’t like the greasy feeling in my hair because I’m constantly touching it and hate to have to wipe my hands every time. Everyone loved the new do though.
I will definitely go back when I become more familiar with what products I like and styles that I want.
