Guadalupe Medical Center:
This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. This is a «want to be» planned parenthood, but runs like a clogged dmv.
Staff are uncaring and unorganized, I’m curious if these people even have a full medical degree.
My boyfriends appointment was supposed to be at 12pm we arrived and checked in at 11:55am
Turns out it doesn’t even matter if you make an appointment, it’s first come first serve.
He wasn’t even seen by the nurse until 1:08 they sent him back out 10 minutes later and said it would be another 20 – 30 minutes to see a dr. And his nurse gave advice that was generic and bland
At 1:43 he got called back in to see the dr finally and came back out 15 minutes later… Seriously?
We then had to wait still even further 25 minutes for paperwork… When we asked for it at the desk they said «we will call you when it’s ready» WOW IT IS OUTSTANDING HOW TERRIBLE THIS PLACE IS!!!
Absolutely awful place people are better off going to planned parenthood and no way are we paying $ 300 for health insurance each month to go to such an unorganized and ghetto clinic.
We should have read the reviews on Unilocal before hand, because if we knew what we now know about this place we never would have wasted our time.
If you come here your looking at about 2 hours of sitting in a makeshift waiting room with a tv playing bad Spanish drama films. And a staff that doesn’t care what you have to do today. He was supposed to start work at 2, well… that didn’t happen.
Even the candy machines in there are labeled wrong. They mixed up the mike and Ike’s and the skittles labels… Like seriously the biggest waste of space, money and people’s time.

First impression not a very welcoming place. No use having an appointment. It seemed like everyone who walked in after us was being called before us. They even had us pay our co-​pay before being seen.

Expect your waiting time to be 2+ hours after your appointed time. Staff can be a little on the uncaring side.
