Well I was going to give these guys a try as I live nearby and want to support local businesses however I found in Vegas you always need to do your research because there are so many shotty businesses after reading the reviews here I can’t take my chances I’m going somewhere else the owner should be posting replies to these comments in trying to set things right publicly

My Aunt had decided to send me flowers for my birthday which was 8⁄21. She placed the order on 8⁄19 and I did not receive my flowers until 8⁄27. They had called me on Tuesday the 25th to arrange delivery. I returned their phone call and was immediately redirected to leave a voicemail and received no return call until the 27th. While the flowers looked pretty I wonder to myself if I’m getting a week old bouquet. All they had to say was a message on the flowers saying «PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES AS DELIVERY WAS INTENDED FOR THE 20TH OF AUGUST» I find it hard to believe their floral shop is so overwhelmed with orders they are running a week behind.

My husband spent over $ 80 on flowers he had delivered to my office for my birthday. These were the ugliest flowers I have ever received! The flowers looked a week old and were all wilted. They were also not arranged nicely at all, just thrown into a clear rather than purple vase with a piece of raggedy ribbon wrapped around it. I sent him a picture and he was livid, said they looked nothing like what he ordered. They used wilted daisies in place of roses and swapped out other flowers for what should have been in the bouquet. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! I will mention that at least the delivery was delivered early like it was supposed to be and the delivery person was nice.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star. First of all my husband is away working and I was alone for Valentine’s Day. He sent flowers. I was SHOCKED! The driver was a total bitch. She was nasty and my flowers were dead, no water and NOT what my husband ordered. I called the shop spoke to Leanne and was told I would be called back. Epic failure. Told hubby to dispute charge on his card. Never, ever use these florists again. I’m someone that is always looking for the best to recommend to high end clients and friends. Fail, fail, fail. Your flowers are like your CS and flowers… DEAD

NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. we ordered birthday flowers and they never came on the day promised. called the next day spoke to Leeanne (the owner) three times the next day and she promised they would be delivered they NEVER came. Finally we called the fourth time and she refused to make it right so we asked for refund and she stated that she didn’t have the 80 dollars to give us back. what? then the flowers were delivered two days late by accident but they came back to take them from us because we asked for a refund. unprofessional and completely disastrous

Ordered Heartstrings arrangement for valentines, went to pick up. Person at front was yelling at phone to shut up, finally get service and the arrangement was all wrong (not Heartstrings arrangement), was charged double and didn’t have everything advertised. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have the vase or things that went with it, didn’t offer more flowers or return. Will never go back!
