My son asked for a certain haircut. The lady shaved his head instead. Didn’t clean up his face or anything after so he had little hair all over the place. Worse haircut experience ever! My son is upset now because she didn’t ask what number clippers or anything she only shaved it. Now he looks like he just got out of prison. Big mess up I usually tip well since I work in the tipping industry but since she did what she wanted not what he asked for and didn’t even have the common sense to wipe off the excess hair from his face unacceptable. We will never go back there again! I guess you get what you pay for. Dont go here unless you want to be bald!

Various and inconsistent levels of expertise. My last visit, the simple hairstyle I wanted was somehow screwed up. Come here only for a trim or cleanup. If you are looking for professional haircuts, however, this is not the place.
Tip: To increase your likelihood of more consistency, educate and inform yourself about EXACTLY what you want and EVERY little detail of how you want it before you come in. Failing to do so can end with disastrous results.

Lucy was terrific with my teenaged son who was afraid to have his hair cut. She shared a magazine of styles and assured him he could get a similar cut to get the look he wanted. $ 12 later he looked great, and he felt great too.

This place is ok but the Chinese old lady sucks… Ruin my hair!!! I went to this place coz its near to my house… My hair is long pass my waist line… Chinese old lady cut my hair… I told her I want the same style and just trim… She cut it straight line wit little layer… I showed her picture how I like it layered and she did cut it layer too short outside and too long inside I said stop coz my hair is getting shorter and shorter and it’s not even… The right side is short and the left side is long… I told her to stop and ask the young lady to fix it… The reason I gave it 1 star is be coz for this young lady tried to fix it… But she can’t do much anymore otherwise my hair will be shorter… Now my hair is just pass my shoulder… While the young lady fixing my hair I over heard this Chinese old lady talking to a Mexican lady laughing and talking about my hair… Bad employee… Until now I’m crying big time every time I look at the mirror… It’s been two 2 days I’m crying so bad… Management should do something about this…

Always great service and their online checkin makes things so easy. Don’t forget to get to get a shampoo, well worth it. Love this place for a quick cut or trim.

It’s a chain around the Las Vegas Valley and they have coupons that come in the mail for $ 6.99 hair cuts with makes it a good deal with tipping $ 10.00 will get you a good deal. other than that $ 12.00 for full price is. to bad either, but coupons are at best and they have an app that you can check in online which is fabulous.

Never ever coming to this place again. Came here twice, expecting other hairstylist can get my haircut that I wanted but still they messed it up.

I usually don’t have any issues, my son goes there to get his haircut on his own all the time. Today he goes and is told, he isn’t old enough to get his hair cut without a parent present. I take my son back and the lady at the front desk says it’s a great clips rule, by the way this rule is not posted anywhere. My son came in as a paying customer, and they turned him away.

My haircut is super simple and I spend maybe 42 seconds a day doing my hair. This is mostly drying it and pushing it flatter than it otherwise would be with my hands. Whatever happens happens after that, so I’m really not qualified to write reviews on haircuts.

just got my son’s haircut there. he’s not a very big fan of haircuts to begin with so I was worried for the hairdresser’s sake. well like always he wasn’t being as cooperative, and the hairdresser starts saying rude comments. as I was paying she says to my son, thank you for being a good boy, kind of. very uncalled for and definitely will not be returning for another haircut.

I guess it matters that my 3 yr old has to be checked in separately. I don’t mind doing that just the way Selma approached the situation is rude and from the greeting I knew she would be rude. Never going back.

my go to haircut place. nothing fancy, not expensive, and get $ 2 off every time I go there by checking in on my phone.

I will go to any one of the low price hair cut places, because lets face it… Im a guy with short hair and I get a midlevel fade and half off the top every time I am there… Its pretty hard to jack up that hair request. My stylist was very friendly an engaged in conversation. Always makes the time go by quick. her fade was very consistent all the way around and she cut the top with scissors all to one length. Great 12 dollar hair cut. on to the next one!

Ive been to a few greatclips and other haircut stores and only found a hand full of good stylist. I go to this location, because of Eric. He cut my hair the way I like it and its always perfect. We always talk story and he has the best attitude. If he’s not working, I’ll leave and come back when he’s in.

It’s a chain and it’s a cheap haircut. It’s not like McDonald’s though. You are still going to get some variation and difference in tastes depending on your stylist.
What I like is that the people don’t have egos about what they’re doing. They ask you what you want and they follow your direction.
On the flip side you won’t get a ton of creativity or «pushing the envelope.»
I have a couple favorite stylists at this branch. Nicole is great with kids and she did a good job on my bob haircut too.
