By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a jeweler. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Don’t waste your time. We placed a basic order with Alfonso with Gold Rush Jewelers for 3 necklace loops on Tues mid morning and was promised a 6 day turnaround. We then shopped around and located AU Jewelers on Fort Apache and dropped off 4 different pieces with Ed for necklace loops. We picked up our 4 pieces a day and a half later, done superbly and professionally.
We returned to Alfonso to pick up our 3 pieces on the day promised and he hadn’t started the work! I took back my product extremely disappointed with his attitude, customer service and overall demeanor. You can’t run a business like this and expect return customers. I quickly drove to AU Jewelers and gave Ed another piece for a necklace loop and he had it ready in one day. One day!
Gold Rush Jewelers was a big waste of time.

Nice little jewelry shop tucked away in Summerlin. I got there about 5:40PM (they close at 6) and I was out the door about 5:48PM with a new watch battery installed. They even set the time and date, and it only cost me $ 10. They work on all watches. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

THEY REDEEMED THEMSELVES IN A BIG WAY
Around a month after GRJD replaced the battery in my watch, the watch conked out. They cheerfully replaced the battery, no charge.
It could have been a bad battery or my watch is messed up. It wouldn’t surprise me if the two-​year-​old Casio has already outlived its usefulness. The world revolves around a throw-​away paradigm.
Replacing watch batteries isn’t a profit center. Jewelers probably do it only to generate goodwill. GRJD went out of their way to be gracious and welcoming.

I was looking for a place to replace the battery in my watch. It has always been
like pulling teeth to find someone to who will even touch my watches as most of
them are Gucci watches. If they were willing to replace the battery, they wanted to
charge upwards of 30 dollars and up just because of the brand!
I happened to be on W. Sahara in Las Vegas when i decided to find a jewelry repair
on Siri. Gold Rush Jewelry Design was the first and closet entry on the list. I decided
to stop and check.
To my surprise, not only were the owners very nice and down-​to-​earth, but I was in
and out of there in less than 10 minutes and they only charged me 10 bucks! I highly
recommend you patronize this store. It was a pleasure… and Krazy Buffet is in the
same mall! Love that place too!
