Randy is extremely detailed in his inspections. Buying a house is a HUGE investment and we used him two times. The first time he saved us from buying a money pit, we knew there were going to be issues due to the age of the house, He allowed my husband to be present during the inspection and explained the big ticket items in detail which in the end cancelled our contract. We took our time, found another home and once again called Randy. This inspection was the polar opposite of the first one. My husband was there with him and this time Randy was showing him how well the home was built and the great things that stood out to him. He said this time we picked a good one and said he was very happy for us.
If you are buying a home you need to call Randy! Not only is he great but his price is so reasonable and definitely worth the investment! THANK YOU RANDY!

I initially came across Randy at Go Pro Home Inspections when I was selling my house and the buyers used him. He was so detailed and professional that I decided that when I sell my house and purchase a new one I will use him myself, which I just did and as he was when he inspected my home he was excellent and so easy to work with. He always texts back right away which makes everything much easier for me. I would 100% recommend Go Pro!!!
