I can’t stressed it enough please don’t live here. I was robbed and there’s was security on the grounds. Told by management too bad. My piece of mind was stomped on living here. I’m trying to save everyone the heartache. Very unsafe!!!

This place is good to live from its look but the way they work is so crapy. They let some illegal bulshit people to enter the complex and tow your vehicle for non satisfactory reason. My registration expires in Jan/15 and my car got towed on Jan 2 before my sticker arrives in the mail. When I ask the tower, that the apartment managers authorized them to tow my car. I end up paying over $ 600. Not only that, they claim they have 24 hr gym and charge you $ 25 but its only for no more than 2 people to workout. Expensive compared to other top apartments. No matter how many bedrooms you rent, you only get one parking under the shade. I don’t recommend it unless if you’re just you/even better to got stay at Seigal suites-much cheaper and no worries.

I lived here for a total of 4 years and would have stayed if I wasn’t purchasing a home. They are located on Spring Mountain and Decatur which is pretty close to the strip. They are in the middle of Chinatown and have ALOT of food places to eat at. This was my favorite part of their location since I am a big foodie! They are pretty close to the 215 and 115 so about a 10−15min drive either way so getting to work was not an issue. One negative thing I could say is that I wish is that there was a little more storage space, but they have the ones you can rent out as well, I just never decided to use them… anyways, I still recommend them to friends and family as I never had an issue… The grass and trees were a nice touch since you don’t really find these things in Vegas. Good place to walk my doggies :)

My boyfriend and I loved living here in a one bedroom unit for 13 months. The only reason we left is because we moved out of state, but I’ve joked a few times that I wished we could bring this apt with us. Not only did this apt have a washer and dryer in the unit, but a whole damn laundry room!(Only about the size of a large pantry, but even still!) The kitchen is huge and has tons of counter space, a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and tons of storage space. We had a minor problem with the dishwasher when we moved in, but it was fixed almost immediately. The location is amazing, especially for someone like me who bikes/rides the bus everywhere. It’s in the middle of Chinatown, so there’s awesome places to eat everywhere. Literally down the street from the strip. Decatur bus and Spring Mountain bus right outside. I’ve actually heard a few people tell me that this area seems«ghetto,» but they must lead seriously sheltered lives. It’s a gated community if you’re seriously worried, though. If you use Clear internet, this location is perfect for it. I’ve heard a few neighbors complain about their«no smoking indoors» policy, but I only smoke outside anyway, so this never affected me. Our unit also came with a fairly large patio, although this isn’t the case for all units. If I had to complain about something, it would be the pigeons. But this is Vegas, there are pigeons everywhere, and I feel the problem is largely out of their control. There’s lots of community events if you’re into that kind of thing. I’m not, personally, but no one’s forcing you to participate. The rent was amazingly affordable, too. Pro tip: they price the rent based on market value of the unit at the time, so if it’s a little high for you, try waiting a few weeks and ask again. We also saved about $ 50 per month by choosing a first floor unit, but I don’t know if they all work that way. They also allow you to pay rent with debit cards; so convenient. I found out when we moved out that Carlos is being relocated to another property, which is really tragic. He was seriously the best.
