I read some complaints on Vitals, etc., about the wait to see him: With a surgeon this good, of course there can be a wait. You don’t want to go to an orthopedic surgeon without any patients for crying out loud!
The front of the house support team are friendly and efficient too (especially the DI location).
Good luck — hang in there, major ankle/​foot surgery is really tough, but it gets better with the right surgeon.
