Inattentive staff, average drinks, high prices, annoying clientele. Try vista or seahorse — they’re better choices in CP

My husband and I visited Fizz again and had an even better experience than last time. We enjoyed our cocktails and champagne and the wonderful service we received from Vlad. He was very personable, helpful with selections and attentive. We will definitely return to Fizz the next time we are in Vegas.

Intimate space to enjoy the company of your friends while sipping on delicious drinks. Great music! Best of all, no one bumping into you knocking your drink or spilling their drink on you!

Went to Fizz with with my girlfriends after watching Celine Dion. Our bartender, Guy Rodrigues made us a Coco Republic and was entertaining us all night. Come see him!!!

As a relatively frequent visitor to Vegas, I have the opportunity to try a lot of different bars. Most are good, few are great. Fizz is one of the greats. It’s a relatively small establishment, so seating is limited. However, it makes up for it with delicious drinks. I’ve been here twice now, and both visits have been home runs. Given the nature of Vegas, it’s rare to re-visit an establishment, but Fizz reeled me back in. I’ve had a Le Fizz, Fizz Noir, and Mexican Vacation. 3 drinks. 3 winners. Give Fizz a shot. You won’t regret it.

a fancy schmancy place that compliments the champagne drinks. we both ordered the fizz fraise(light on the rock sugar syrup) and it was delicious. kit, the bartender, was friendly, hospitable and offered great service. the place is dim and intimate and was pretty quiet on a late saturday afternoon. drinks start around $ 19 and the Unilocal offer, one drink free with purchase, helped shave the bill down. yay!

Complimentary champagne and live music! Couldn’t ask for a better place to grab a drink after the Celine show! Great vibes and friendly bartenders!

Hopped into this place on a rainy Saturday afternoon in Vegas and it was fantastic. Unilocal had a great check in offer that gives you a buy one get one on a signature cocktail purchase. We ended up trying a whole bunch of champagne cocktails, all of which tasted absolutely amazing. They were very unique and unlike anything we had tasted before. The cocktails are a little pricy at $ 20 each, but the check in offer makes it totally worth it.

Service was slow. Kitchen was closed? They said They ran out of food? Washroom had no toilet paper and they were very rude when I informed them. Not worth the hype.

My first impression of this bar was not good. We came to Vegas for a bachelorette party and had Living Social coupons. Come to find out, there was a private party and we were told we could only stand at the bar(bar stools were removed for the party) We all hung out at the bar and had a pretty good time. The bartender was very nice and was quick to keep our glasses filled. Overall, it wasn’t bad. As for the ambience, the place is small and cozy. There’s a private area upstairs but I imagine you have to spend some money to be invited there. Everything else about the bar you can find out from the other reviews. If you don’t have a coupon of sorts, the drinks are $ 20 each. a little pricey but I’m sure it’s the going rate in Vegas. I don’t think Fizz needs my recommendation simply because of where it’s located in Ceasar’s and it’s reputation. I’ll remain neutral and let you decide.

I liked this place. I also love the deal Unilocal provides with it or else I would not have gone here because it would have been very pricy(but then again it is the strip). They have fun cocktails and a lounge atmosphere. I went here with my mom on a Friday night. I feel like it would have been better to go earlier because it wouldn’t have been as loud or crowded but we both still enjoyed our drinks and the venue. Cool place for tourists to check out. Or if you’re local go once to use the Unilocal deal :)

It was around 9:00 pm and my wife and I were looking for a nice place to have a drink. We read about Fizz and decided to give it a try. We figured if we’re going to drop over $ 20 apiece for drinks, we might as well make it at an upscale lounge, right? At the door we were given 2-for-1 drink coupons, so we were happy. When we entered, we walked the whole lounge, from front to back, and the artwork was modern, incredible and very chic. We were thinking we found the best kept secret in Las Vegas, especially considering the place was only about ½ full. We were seated at an intimate table for two and were definitely feeling the vibe. Then, reality set in. Our waitress explained the 2-for-1 coupons to us. You buy a signature drink and get a well drink for free. That’s fine, but at an upscale place, unnecessary in our opinion. No big deal. She then handed us an iPad, which was inconvenient since we had never been there before, and were left to page through their drink selections. The drinks were very exotic, innovative and all sounded yummy. She returned a few minutes later, took our drink order, brought it to us fairly quickly, and collected cash for the drinks. After that, I think she fell into a black hole. After about 45 minutes, she finally came back to our table. The yummy and exotic drinks had long since been finished. She asked us what well drinks we wanted(no iPad or offer of signature drinks this time), brought them to us a few minutes later, and again collected cash for the drinks. After that, we’re sure she fell into a black hole. No more waitress, no more service, no more attention. NASA might have to be called to locate her. Sadly, this place is just okay. It is nice to look at, and we really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, the horrible service was just too much to warrant a return visit.

Met some friends here for drinks after our dinner at Nobu at Caesars Palace. A very small lounge, the décor was sexy and chic, my big problem was there was NO restroom close to this lounge, the closest one was at food court, it was long line on a Christmas Saturday. So I had to literally walk back to Nobu to use their restroom and I had to take my sky high heels off to walk the long journey. Surprisingly I didn’t get kicked out by security guys or restaurant staffs for not wearing shoes! Bottle service was nice, there weren’t many places to sit down like all the bars now, had to get a table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It was fun night still, but I won’t be back again because of the restroom thing.

I have been to Cesar’s too many times now but I believe I just kept walking by this place. The entrance appears to be a club and I didn’t think otherwise but thanks to Unilocal I checked it out. It is a sheik cocktail lounge with modern classic décor with multiple private rooms as well. Best deal ever I had for Unilocal app was here. Cocktails range from 19 to even 2500. He bartenders were outstanding and the ambiance was stellar to get away from the crazy casino outside. It is a great oasis …

We each bought a Groupon for endless mimosas(highly recommended!) so we headed to Fizz for a few cocktails after dinner to celebrate a friend’s 30th. We were lucky to get seated in a big booth behind the DJ booth. The vibe and music were fantastic and we loved the lavish décor and looking at photos from Elton’s collection. When our cocktail waitress came over(I won’t name her just in case, even though she was amazing!) and was placing our drinks down, she accidentally spilled an entire mimosa all over my fiancé and me! She was mortified, explaining that she had never had that happen in her 10 years as a cocktail waitress. However, it was kind of the best thing that could have happened to us. We had impeccable service after and the mimosas kept flowing. You could get the classic orange or the more exciting pineapple, which I had never seen before. In Canada it’s usually orange, or if you’re lucky fresh grapefruit. I don’t know if our experience would have been different without the mishap, but we definitely enjoyed our time here and it was one of my favourite parts of this particular vegas stay. Everyone was wonderful and the mimosas were comprised of mostly champagne. Would definitely return.

Very cool champagne bar located near the forum shops entry within Caesars Palace. This place is really decorated nicely and has an amazing vibe to it. There’s a ton of artwork on the walls, a very nicely done bar, tons of drink options and some really chic seating. These guys pride themselves on champagne and essentially blend it with other types of alcohol to make a truly unique cocktail. Their menu is quite substantial and their blending concoctions are very good. This could be a solid 5 star concept/idea if it weren’t for the daytime bartenders, they seemed rather disinterested in what they were doing, maybe they had a rough night the night prior??? Nevertheless, this place is worth giving a shot as the uniqueness of the establishment and cocktails make it difficult to pass up. Pros– Décor Ambiance Drinks Eclectic options Artwork Drink mixtures Champagne menu Seating Lounge feel Cons– Disinterested servers Food doesn’t start til 6pm on weekends Odd location Signage outside almost makes it appear closed Pricey

Fizz was the shining beacon amidst all the sweaty and dreary bars lining the the strip that beckoned me to it’s glittering floors and creamy, golden interior. We were seated in the front of the room on a couch behind a golden beaded backdrop that allowed us a view of the whole room and was really fun for people watching. The music was loud enough to shake you out of yourself but not too loud that you couldn’t hear someone next to you. I checked in and made use of their buy 1 drink get 1 drink free offer and was really happy I did. We ended up ordering the Le Fizz and the Fizz Fraise. The drinks came out looking just the way they did on the menu and tasted better than we imagined. There was no fake syrup taste and they weren’t watered down at all which I find is a common theme at bars/clubs in Vegas. In fact, the drinks tasted fresh and sparkling. I know it’s a champagne bar but I wasn’t expecting the drinks to make me take each sip in continuous wonder. The service wasn’t the most attentive or prompt but there were only a couple of servers for the whole place so it was completely understandable. All in all, I wish I spent my whole night here but I’m glad it’s where I ended it.

Located near the Coliseum entrance in Caesars Palace, this small bar and lounge is perfect for those looking for a more relaxed vibe instead of the mind-numbing thumping of a mega club. Bar space can be sparse but there are a couple tables and several booths available in this upscale and ritzy space. Prices aren’t cheap. Expect the typical Vegas Strip mark up. Sparkling wine is the name of the game here, with plenty options lining the menu and cocktails containing it, too. The Coco Republic — all $ 19 of it – is great for fans of coconut flavors. Tyku coconut sake, citrus, vanilla syrup, and lime juice is topped off with champagne. Champagne blends are also available, the one we tried, the Moet and Chandon Imperial, wasn’t bad. 3.5 Stars
