Our family loves FBC Lakes, they are our family! The worship music is always gospel centered, and every study and sermon is always gospel centered and pointing to Christ! They are focused on bringing the gospel to the city of Las Vegas.

Love this church! The music is Christ centered, the preaching is Christ centered. The children are welcome. There is an AWANA program. There is a potluck once a month. They have a large group of people who go out to the community to witness and share the gospel.

Great church — they preach the gospel, have great love and hospitality for one another, and are out there sharing the gospel with the lost. I enjoy visiting this church while in town and always feel at home.

The elders of this church recently excommunicated members who love Jesus and are heralds for his gospel. They were «handed over to satan» based on differences on views of the end times.
The gentlemen are good men who are loved in many Christian circles but are declared by this church to be unbelievers because they have a view different from what is held at this church.
I am tremendously ashamed of First Baptist Church of The Lakes. I solemnly warn anyone who is considering attending this church.
