Associates are so nice and not uppity at all!!!
Maybe it’s because I’m used to the service at the upscale boutiques in Chicago and NYC but it seems that the service in Vegas is just amazing. I can say this for many high end stores on the strip, and not just this one. But back to this Fendi store…
I received my Fendi bag as a gift and I have been wanting to get the luggage tag personalized since it’s a service they recently started offering. And I love personalizing my things, especially accessories!!! It just makes your beloved item even more special. I went in with just the tag without the bag because I didn’t bring the bag with me on this trip. I was immediately greeted right away even though I had on a tank and jean shorts (it’s hot here!!!). I told her what about my tag and she immediately said no problem. She did try to look up my purchase but my bag was purchased from Neiman’s. She told me to fill out the form and asked when I was leaving Vegas. Brandon, the specialist came out and they helped me decide what letters I wanted and that I would also get the monster eyes. I am so excited to my tag back. I will definitely post a picture once I get it. They even offered to deliver it to my hotel at Encore! The next time I am in the market for a Fendi bag I will definitely be back to this location!
