Fast Towing

Needed a tow. Called my insurance company to provide me with this service. My insurance only covered up to 6mi. and I would have to pay for the extra miles. Where I wanted the car towed to showed up approx 14mi. away. 8 miles extra, at $ 8.00 a mile= $ 64.00. Not bad. BUT WAIT… here is the reason for a 5 star review… The driver called me once he got my car to where it needed to be and told me it was only 11 miles, and wanted to refund me the $ 24 that I paid. WOW. I was so blown away that I HAD TO POST THIS. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.

My car was towed by this shady company. I went to pick up my car and the back seats were down, the back heaters were blasting, the time was changed (it was on Arizona time), the Sirius xm radio station was changed to some lame station, the gas went down, the mileage went up, they went through my bag of clothes in the trunk, and the candy in my car was eaten with only the wrappers left. I called and asked for the owner to call me so I could put in a complaint. No call from the owner. So I called them and they left me on hold until I lost my patience and hung up. I would avoid this business at all costs and if your car does get towed by these people check your car carefully because they don’t know what private property means.

The one star is for last night’s driver. The counter «Help» was a disaster. If you don’t like people or your job, do humantiy a favor and go somewhere else to work. I can’t believe the rudeness of people. «I need the registration to allow you to see the vehicle.» «The registration is IN the vehicle.» «You need the registration.» Get the picture? I would never ever ever ever wish that kind of service on anyone. I’m sure there are nice people there, but it’s not worth it to wait for one. What a wreck. A perfect step in this day for us. P.U.

I deal with this company from time to time because of work and it is a pain to do so every time! I would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone! Workers are horribly rude and clearly lack professionalism.

Wife’s vehicle overheated at 3:30 a.m., called another company first with high Unilocal reviews only to be told no drivers available until 8 a.m.
Called Fast Towing, quoted $ 85 for hookup and 5 miles free with $ 4/​mile afterward. I agreed to price and was told driver would arrive in 30 – 45 minutes, driver arrived in 30 minutes, was courteous and professional, most of all did a great job.
They do all the towing for Metro and I would use them again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My motorcycle was towed here, told me if I brought my title & a friend with an id they would give me my bike back cuz the cop took my id. After getting there they refused to give me my motorcycle & the POS person I talked to on the phone lies & sad he never talked to me. I’m sure they are trying what ever they can to run up the bill so they can keep my motorcycle to make a profit by reselling it or trying to keep it for their own use. I will be filing a lawsuit. Bunch of POS thieves. They still won’t release my bike even after I have given then every piece of paperwork they have asked for. I’m surprised people have not burnt this place to the fucking ground with them in it. This company was even sued by farmers insurance for not releasing a car for an insurance policy claim. Hope they got more to dish out after I call public transit to pull their lic & civil suit.

10:20 was my scheduled pick up time. It is now 10:56 and nobody in sight. Geico responded with an apology but explained the driver is 15 mins away still. Just absurd that they give you an ETA but are far from it

This place is just absurd! I don’t know why Geico uses them for towing when there are plenty of other reliable services around town. First of all, I was told by my Geico rep that the ETA would be 45 min. That moment came and went and they’re still not here. I called and was lied to that agency only placed the call 3 minutes prior to the ETA. Then was rudely informed that it would be another half hour. The half hour came and went and when I called Fast Tow, I was again rudely informed that it would be another 5 – 7 minutes and there’s nothing they can do if the driver is on his way. It is now more than 5 – 7 minutes after and the damn tow truck is still nowhere in sight!!! Oh and their excuse was that they had to switch trucks because my car is a 4-​wheel drive. They were told specifically that my vehicle is a 2 wheel drive only. They’re liars and are screwed up with their information and this type of disorganized business practice should be shut down. How horrendous!!!
I would just say that despite the business practice and idiocy of their dispatch, their tow guy was pretty nice. That’s the only up side to that whole experience!

Horrible experience. My son’s car broke down on his way to work. He was able to get it out of traffic, but it died in a very busy intersection. His insurance contacted Fast Towing, and he was told it would be 90 minutes for a truck.
After waiting 90 minutes, he called Fast Towing, and was very rudely told that it would be another 20 minutes. Another 30 went by and he called again, and was told that a truck was on its way. The total wait time was 2 ½ hours. Really?!
We had to follow the driver to the repair shop, which we did not expect. That was unfortunate, but I can understand that this is to ensure that the vehicle arrived where it was meant to and protected us as well as them. The driver was efficient, and was fairly nice.
They really need more trucks out on the road, especially if customers are waiting for 2 ½ hours on a weekday. Glad that experience is done and over with.

Employees don’t care what is going on. They only do what they think is the minimum. They fit the stereotype of hated towing company workers.

This place is ridiculous, they send some out to look for your registration and 49 min goes by then they give you the option to pay $ 45 to go look for it yourself. After my sister explains how she can barely afford to fees they instantly find the registration. What a f@cking bunch of criminals. Don’t come at night, don’t try to make any sense of the fees and be prepared to pay out of your ass for the fees. I only have it one star because you have to it should get negative 5 stars

Servece is horrible the waiting room is discusting. There are bars and plexiglass between you and your service rep. At first you would think it was to protect against robbery but after talking to the service rep it became clear the security was for rude servers.
