Michelle and Eliza are super awesome!!! We have been looking for stylists to catch the ways my parents always got their hair cut and oh em gee, THEY GOT IT!!! Since we live closer to here, definitely found our new salon to go to! Super friendly and under new management! Thank you ladies for an awesome awesome 1st time experience at this Fantastic Sams location!!!

I am amending my review based on my experience with the manager.
If you read my previous review, you seen that I did not have a good experience. However… The manager, Angel, took time out of her day to call me. She had heard about my experience from another employee there. Honestly, her call gave me a different outlook on the business. I had a bad experience with one person, not the entire business!

I was a regular customer for six plus years. once Angel took over i along with my friends who did my hair daily. Krista Mott Jennifer Hogan moved on. I felt the prices went up and the atmosphere was terrible. The business was not the same. Happy to be at a new shop with great prices and stylists who still care for me and my hair

Since the new owner, Angel took over, the place went from a 5 star store to a minus 1.
I get a 10 minute haircut and touch and a 10 second trim of eyebrows and mustache. Angel cut my hair 3 weeks ago and was the normal price. Today, they charged me an extra 5.95 for the 10 seconds it took to trip my moustache. I said no way, but they said that is corporate policy which I guess changes every time you walk in. I could have done it at home if they would have told me the ridiculous charge for them doing it. I paid it and ripped up my card with them and will never walk in that store again. BUYER BEWARE. They are rip off artist and worse part is that they don’t have anyone who has been cutting hair longer than a month. Good luck but I hate stores like that who don’t care who they screw.

The Good: The stylist was nice.
The Rest:
I’m not happy with my cut or color. Not to mention I left with hair dye still on my hairline and face like the actual hair dye brush imprint in the middle of my face/​hairline. Thankfully I didn’t have something to go to afterwards.
I found it really weird, she only washed my hair once and obviously didn’t check to see if the color bled to my hairline/​face. Even when I pointed out I had some she wiped it said she got it but didn’t!
I showed her photos of the cut I wanted, back and side view and I got a completely different style, not that I got much of a style. And finishing it off… she blew dry and flipped some of the ends but not even all the way around, no product no curling or anything.
I had to come home scrub hair dye off me and curl my hair so it looked semi-​normal. Now I get to explain to my husband why I need to go spend more money to get this fixed. Fml.
I will never return.

After several bad hair experiences around town, I walked in and Melissa absolutely saved me! They are so friendly and helpful and excellent hair designers! All of the stylists have been there for a long time and they are like a family which of course made me feel very comfortable. I will continue to have my hair beautifully done with Melissa! You guys rock!
