THEIR CORPORATE WEBSITE SAYS THAT FOR NO RECEIPTS YOU MAY DO A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT! I received some gifts from here for my baby shower and I wanted to exchange the items for something I might actually use for my baby. so I walk into the store and who is supposed to be the manager sees me walk in but continues to deal with the vendor for ten minutes before attending to his empty customer service desk. he finally comes to help and I explain to him that I’m trying to make a return and before I made the 30 minute drive out here I looked on their CORPORATE website for their policies to
make sure I wasn’t wasting my time or my gas. The manager flat out said no despite the information that is available on the Internet! There are no franchises with this company so they need get their act together and start abiding by corporate rules and while they’re at it it wouldn’t hurt for them to learn a thing or two about customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, ITS AN ATROCITY!!!

I have shopped at this location off and on for a couple years. My last few visits, were very disappointing. Not in the products, they are the same. It’s with the new manager. Middle aged Latino male, will follow you around store, making sure you are not shop lifting. I’ve watched him do it to young and old alike. It’s insulting. One man left without making a purchase and he stopped him at the door and told him to not come back, because he didn’t buy anything and that he thinks he is stealing! Extremely rude and unprofessional. They have lost a regular customer.

I walked in and could feel the migraine coming on. It was heavenly scented in this store and for the life of me, I couldn’t figure out with what. It was like they doused their store in fabric softner and perfume. The smell alone drove me crazy and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
I only visited Family Dollar due to a flyer and some of their sales mentioned. The one item in particular I went hunting for was not on shelves. When I couldn’t even find an empty space for it, I asked a cashier about it and I was informed that they do not carry that product. Needless to say I was annoyed.
Their prices overall are nothing to rave about. You can find better deals elsewhere.

Where I’m from Family Dollar is almost on every corner. They’re reasonably priced and have really cute kids clothes. I used to love shopping in their stores on the East Coast. This store however is a smaller version of what I’m used to. Everything is messy due to construction… I don’t understand why it’s still so poorly laid out.
I’ve shopped in this store once for a Bathroom spacer saver. It came with the main space organizer shelving unit for over the toilet, magazine rack & an over the door organizer. it was $ 30 and it turned out after a ton of effort of ramming the screws into the holes I just managed to get it together. I’ll give the store 5 stars because they had what I wanted and needed in stock for a slammin’ price.
They have a website too that you can sign up for coupons. They have an offer for $ 3 off a purchase of $ 15 or more. which is great even if you only need household cleaners and maybe detergent. You can even click out your own Printable coupons!
