The review is for the Eye Drs office. I had called in an Appointment, and the woman said they take my insurance, then when I came 2 days later, I gave her my insurance card, and afyer waiting for 45min, and seeing that she was playing on her Facebook, she tells me that they no lomvrr take it and points her fimger out the door.
