I was nervous because I’ve never had any permanent make up done before. I got the groupon for upper and lower eye liner for Mothers Day. Nelly was very nice on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. I called her again the day of my appointment with a question and she was very nice again. Nelly was very patient with me during the procedure. She numbed the areas and frequently asked me how I was doing. She let me take breaks and sit up and offered me water. She listened to what I wanted. She is very good at what she does. I originally went for just eyeliner but had her fill in my eyebrows as well. She also explained to me what to do after as far as applying ice and neosporin and what to expect as my eyes heal. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. She’s is very talented and experienced in what she does.

Am I to be the first to write a review for someone who’s been around for a long time and does an excellent job? I went to Nelly to have my eyebrows and eye liner done. I was apprehensive, I’ve never done it before. If I could only post my before and after pictures! Amazing to say the least. Nelly is a very kind, gracious lady and true professional. The entire spa is inviting, clean.
I will be back for a green peel soon, also something new for me. By the way, she does the best Brazilians!

I couldn’t be happier!
I purchased the Groupon to have my upper and lower permanent eyeliner done. I called Nelly to make an appointment and had to leave a message. Nelly returned my call in 15 minutes and I made an appointment for a week later on a day and time that was per my request and convenience.
I am claustrophobic and got a little scared when I was told I needed to keep my eyes closed during the procedure. Nelly immediately calmed me, gave me my space and worked with me to be able to open my eyes enough to be really comfortable during the procedure.
I had the procedure done yesterday afternoon and it I am not swollen or in any pain and have received multiple compliments on my eyes today. I was even told I looked very pretty today.
Nelly is awesome and I recommend her 100%. The salon is clean and upscale and I felt very comfortable with Nelly and the environment where the procedure was performed.
