Ellsworth Cooling & Heating

So I have dealt with these guys on three different occasions and they all had one thing in common. No one there can be on time. Occasion one was an emergency call that they said they would be at «before seven tonight». That turned into no one showing or even answering the phone until 9 PM and them explaining something about a phone having problems, and how they were super busy. Rescheduled for the next morning before 10. They didn’t show up for that until 1 PM. Now when they did show up they fixed the problem right away, fair an honest. So that brings me to today. I call this morning with a problem on a different house. And of course knowing they do good work I figure lets give them another shot. They give me a 1 — 4 window and wouldn’t ya know it… No call, No show until 4:30. When he finally shows up I ask him if this is how they always work and the guy gets real snippy with me yelling about how he «doesn’t have to put up with this and he will get to places when he gets there». I ask him again if this is how they do things. Explaining that someone was waiting for him all day in a house with no AC. He responds with «Call Someone else» and with a large selection of yelling and swearing gets in his truck and leaves.
I decide to call the number on the side of the truck. different from what I originally called and ask them what the deal was. That number goes to Clark… the first guy Nathans’ dad. He tells me that they get busy and that sometimes they forget to call. And if thats not ok to call someone else. It goes on from there… a little back and forth. I tell him thanks for nothing and how I will just tell others of my experience on Unilocal and the like. He then tells me if I do that he will «See me in court». and how he «Has amazing lawyers». So here I am… on Unilocal.Wondering when our court day is?
