Worst staff ever… including the morning manager! I felt bad for ordering because he acted like I was inconveniencing him. Not a smile.hello.how are ya… nothin! Very rude and will not be back

Worst staffs ever!
I do love Einstein Bros Bagels but not their staffs!
They are so rude and all of them have bad attitude.
I think I will never go back to this place ever again.

Poor customer service, slow in serving… The waiters seems unhappy working there. But the bagel was very good though, I might search for different location, not worth of time & environment buy bagel breakfast at this location!!!

What’s not to like? I took a bite out of my ham & Swiss everything bagel and watched steam rise from this wonderful, breakfast treat. Eaten top side down, it bathed my taste buds in «everything» savory. Like nigiri sushi, let intense flavor hit the tongue first. Loved it.

Nice environment. Clean. Food is fine. But the staff is so unfriendly! Nobody greeted me upon entering. The lady wouldn’t take my order but also wouldn’t acknowledge whether she was busy or not, so I proceeded to the cashier who was like «uhh yeah I guess I can take your order» then unhappily took my order. I didn’t get chips with my order so I asked where I could get the chips that I purchased. She didn’t even look at me, she just said «basket» so I turned around and was like oh shit there it is. My bad! It’s my first time here I just moved here from Hawaii and we don’t have this place there. I won’t be back.

So we were in the area and decided to try this location for a quick snack. two females working the counter and no customers in sight. this location is quite spacious. not much of a greeting as I felt they both had their heads elsewhere. I ordered and went to sit down at a table. every table was dirty and the floors were a mess. don’t you think one should clean while the other covered the counter? I was shocked at the dirty establishment what floored me even more were the two girls went outside and left us inside the store alone never engaging asking how everything was. I am appalled that the employees would go outside together and sit there for more than 15 minutes. on our way out we walked right by them and neither said a word. wow! corporate were are you?

I love Einstein Bagels, but this location really struggles. If you show up at 9am they are usually out of most bagels. I have to wonder if this store would double its sales if they could keep up with the demand. I don’t know where the problem is, maybe poor planning, small oven, no bagel storage, I have no idea but it needs fixing. There are some nice people that work there, but they all’s looked stressed. I hope they can find a way to improve the operation here as my patience is wearing with this location.

I’ve come to really enjoy this einsteins location. I appreciate that they never run out of my fav bagels. My mom loves their skinny lattes.
The staff has been great and are really good to their customers. I appreciate the amount of high chairs provided which the Henderson einsteins does not have.
Amanda, diamond and jasmine are our favorite employees. :)

Favorite bagel place. Love their veggie cream cheese and their ice coffee is delicious as well.

Food and coffee is okay, but the staff is the most confused and disorganized group of people I have ever encountered in a place like this. They routinely seem to be out of a bagel type that customers want. The ordering gets screwed up routinely, and twice the coffee urn was empty. The value of a place like this is that you can pick up something quickly. After about 8 – 10 visits here, I have to find a different alternative,
This place just doesn’t cut it

Went to Einsteins today and I was very dissapointed!
My Santa Fe bagel sandwich was cold and
There was like no cream cheese on it!
Why can’t you make a proper bagel sandwich?
The sandwich needs to be hot! So check the oven, toaster or whatever type of equipment you use!
And there needs to be cream cheese on it! More than ¼ of a teaspoon! So stop ripping people off by not putting the appropriate amount of cream cheese!

They always make my bagel sandwiches quickly and correctly! I definitely enjoy coming here before I have work to just relax and enjoy a bagel. Sometimes it’s nice to do things on your own! Their location is also really big and it does get busy sometimes.

This was a pretty terrible Einstein’s location. They were packed on a Sunday morning but they didn’t seem to have a good way to manage all the orders while maintaining organization. There was no consistency in how they formed their assembly line so good was slow to come out of the kitchen and when it was ready some cashiers got the customer’s name to call out and others didn’t so they just yelled out the contents of the order which was confusing since the receipts did have numbers on them.
Tables weren’t cleaned up promptly and the drink area wasn’t maintained. I cut them some slack because they were busy but they do seem to need a better organizational system to improve their processes.

I love me some Einstein as much as the next person, but I’ve been here enough times to give it a solid 3 star rating. Every visit is always a hit or miss.
This is my go-​to breakfast spot since it’s easy to eat on the drive to work. Sometimes the staff is quick, friendly and my order is correct. Other times I get the grumpy employee or they are out of coffee and I have to wait for a new batch. During lunch, dear jeezus, parking is awful. They are surrounded by other food establishments and business, so it’s hard to find a spot. There can be quite a wait for your food and there isn’t a big selection of bagels left. So come early!
Their bagels are delicious though. So soft and has the perfect crunch when toasted. My faves are the cranberry, apple cinnamon and jalapeño cheese. I’m a purist and just opt for a regular cream cheese smear. And their coffee is freaking addicting.
If it wasn’t for their hit or miss service, it would be a 4 star rating for sure.

First of all, let me state in all fairness that I was here on a Monday when they are running their $ 6.00 per dozen special. However, I have been here numerous other times and have had the same issue.
I was here today at noon looking for Sesame Seed bagels as those are the only ones that my whole family enjoys. Yet almost every time I come to this location, they never have any. Have Sesame Seed bagels become a hot commodity? Are they just making too many of the other ones? I came in today and they hardly had any bagels at all, let alone the kind I wanted. I understand that bagels are popular. But at least make enough of the popular ones to last past NOON, for crying out loud!

Tried the salmon season. Kale and the salmon are Very fresh and tasty. Will definitely come again.

I ordered a bagel with lox and cream cheese. What came to me was about ¼ the amount of lox that should have come. Just a sliver.
Disappointing to say the least.

Forgot to toast our bagels as requested, mistake it’s fine. Then refused to take our bagels back to toast them? But employees are handling everyone’s food without gloves… Couldn’t replace because no more bagels left. Wouldn’t refund for them. Loud yelling in front of everyone in line, why the drama? It was embarrassing. Small loud brunette with big ears was talking rudely about us to another employee, didn’t see me standing there. Won’t be back.

So i have had a lot of ups and downs with this place: the ups have been glorious mornings, euphoric blurs of salty soft bites of everything bagels and spicy creamy jalapeño salsa shmear; the downs have been getting my signature sandwich (everything bagel toasted with jalapeño shmear and an egg white) messed up for the third time in a row… On my birthday when all i wanted that day was that sandwich.
Anyway, you get the point. It had been a tumultuous relationship.
But honestly, as long as they have that shmear, i will continue to go back. I wont be happy about it, because as i write this, they managed to mess up my breakfast sandwich yet again (seriously!?!).
I know it is probably hard to get your employees to care when they are 18 years old and payed minimum wage, but i guarantee you a manager with any semblance of worth could inspire them to make a bagel correctly, at the very least.
You have broken my heart einsteins.
