I ordered a dark iced dark roast coffee, they gave me a medium. I told them that it should be a large. They associate didn’t even say sorry, he said oh, grabbed my medium coffee went and got me a large but he definitely didn’t give me more coffee. He filled it up with more ice!

My new go-​to local coffee stop.
Look, I get it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. I get that the donuts aren’t made in-​house. I get that their food isn’t necessarily gourmet-​worthy for the price you are paying. However, if you sign up for their DD perks program you’ll get a free coffee right off the bat and every so often. Also, you’ll be able to keep an eye on how much you actually are spending on coffee (which is great for me).
The employees and their customer service are impeccable, fast, and cordial. The coffee is always hot, or iced to your liking. So get in there, grab a cup, and stop reading after this sentence is through.

I’ve been going to this location a couple of times and I am not happy with their standards. At 11am they already running out of donuts, frosting looks very sloppy all the time, donuts are dry. I will be trying out another location in hopes for the better.

When I went in there one employee seemed to be working frantically by himself, but maybe he was just trying to hide his unhelpful coworker in the back. The unhelpful coworker came out, and I asked him about a donut but he told me he doesn’t eat donuts. So shout out to whoever hired a guy to work in a donut shop that doesn’t know anything about donuts and can’t help customers… Also, the donuts were very stale and gross, although my garbage can thought they were delicious.

Very friendly staff, or at least the male staff is nice. The girls tend to ignore you… But the guys will jump in and help right away. They’re extremely friendly and nice, the coffee is great hot or iced. The donuts from here were never my favorite but they come out with seasonal donuts which is nice to try out. :)

Nasty! The cashier was extremely rude. He was leaning against the wall and didn’t even greet me or say anything when I came in. He just looked at me like I was stupid. I walk up to the counter to order and he gave me an attitude for walking up to the register he wasn’t on. Then he rang up my order wrong, didn’t tell me my total, made no parting comment. Then he made the drink wrong. The manager finally remade my drink but it was a lost cause at that point because the drink was still disgusting. Bitter, with no flavor. NEVER again.

The coffee here is delicious. I mean seriously some GOOD stuff. The employees here though are way way way to rude for my liking. The first time I came I thought maybe I caught the girl on a bad day, but sure enough when I got my coffee this morning the guy taking orders was super rude too. If you’re not a morning person, as most people aren’t, I would assume working at a breakfast place isn’t the right choice for you. Can’t say I’ll be back again because unprofessionalism isn’t something I’ll tolerate no matter how good something is.

This place sucks. Customer service is just absolutely terrible this morning especially. I was so excited to get a specific coffee here that my friend gets usually, and not only did it taste God awful, (I’ve had it before, so I know they know how to make it) but the add shot I paid for was nowhere to be found. Trust me. I’m sure they didn’t put any espresso or «turbo shot» whatsoever into my drink. The manager wouldn’t even speak when handed said drink. No good morning no nothing. I asked for light ice they gave me luke warm, not even a single cube. I expected you guys to be able to understand how to make coffee — you’re dunkin donuts! If you hate seeing people at 6 in the morning you should hire people that won’t show it at least. Won’t ever be back.

I wanted a cookies and cream coolatta. I go here all the time and the girls told me that the manager has decided not to order cookies and cream anymore. WHAT? I finally find something not Chai (my Favorite) that I really enjoy and they decide to discontinue it. Please make a point to ask for cookies and cream and tell them to let the manager know you would like it back with me, please. Thanks 5 stars would be given if cookies and cream wasn’t taken away. Btw this is the best group of workers at any of the Dunkin Donuts in the city. I love this place and miss my drink.

First time at this location. I was hopping to get some fresh donuts, but I guess if you go after 12pm you will get the left overs. I ended up getting the last ones. It was ok nothing amazing, I also got a large coffee and it was good. The place was empty when we got there, and we ended up waiting at lease 5 min for the cashier to help us.

The manager here is a nice guy, service probably being the only distinguishing factor of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area. I love the munchkins, but it’s hard to get them mid-​day in any location in the area. Sensing my sadness, he threw in a pumpkin spice munchkin sample in our order for me to try. Since it’s so close the the park, a lot of large parties can come in here and wipe out their supply, so be forewarned.

Sunday morning isn’t a great day for new employees but I’m chill — first nobody made my coolata while my food got cold :/​2nd when I finally got it — it was melted even though I had just gotten it
by the time I came home my sammy was all mushy instead of nice & crisp
Threw it in the broiler for 2 minutes & it completely burnt up :(
But why should I have to come home & cook after spending $ on food?!
Plus the everything bagel I ordered for the other sammy wasn’t everything — plain Jane something I NEVER would’ve ordered
Don’t let me spend $ 30 on shit I don’t want!
Shame on you dunkin donuts!

Eh. Nice and new inside. Employees are nice.
Donuts at 1pm were dry. I never though I would say this but the Oreo Shake was too much Oreo?! Yes. Way too muh. It tasted like pure white sweet middle. You know, the middle of the Oreo? Yeah never again and I love sweets.
The special they have is the coffee. Iced coffee for less than a dollar. I will be there for now just for that special. Once that’s gone I won’t be back unless I’m desperate.

Stopped by because I heard they were doing a 50 cent medium coffee special for grand opening. The employees were knowlegeable about the menu, friendly and fast… my drink was out about a minute after I paid which is really awesome if you’re in a hurry.
I like how the store is really spacious and there are a handful of comfy arm chairs in addition to table seating. I guess they’re trying to make Dunkin’ the new place to hang? There’s free wi-​fi too so you can get some work done while getting some coffee and treats
