Within 10 minutes of this area there are at least 4 other free concrete skateparks. This one is the sickest in this area (North West Las Vegas). There really isn’t a street course, plenty of vert, up to vert, and a spine. Bring you pads, or at least your pool wheels.
The main park areas consists of 4 main connected bowl-​like areas. (not really bowls). There is also an intermediate area behind and downhill from the advanced area. Talker’s «dick» bowl is in a seperate area adjacent to the main skatepark.

Doc Romeo is an advanced skatepark-​all concrete with bleacher seating. This park also has baseball fields and a lot more.
The Vegas Am Jam Series (Skate/​BMX) has an annual competition here with a FREE Rock Concert. Kids from 5 – 18 compete in different BMX and skateboard categories for points & medals. ENtry is just $ 10 and the only requirement is to wear a helmet.
Several skateboard equipment vendors put up tents and a local caterer brings out his truck & serves food.
Sign up online at Xtreme Sports Las Vegas. They even have classes available for kids to practice & get ready for compettions.
