I wish I could give this place zero stars but I can’t do that so I’m giving them an undeserved one star. I walked into their shop with my bf. He was wanting to get a tattoo done and I was looking to get a piercing. My bf inquired with one of the tattoo artists about prices. We had been to a few other places prior to them that said they could do what he wanted no problem and they all gave us a quote for around $ 150 for it. The guy at diversity gave him a hassle about the tattoo he was wanting saying the detail couldn’t be done where he wanted it placed and to put it someplace else and that it would be $ 250 for it. The guy really couldn’t have been any more rude. He completely lacked a personality and social skills. I think his name was Gary or jerry. We left right after that. I ended up getting my piercing done someplace else and forgot to get saline solution to clean my piercing with while I was there. I Made the mistake of going back to Diversity to get some. I was rudely asked why I wanted to clean it with that; That saline solution is only for contacts. Got cold looks from all of the tattoo artists there. I have several piercings. I’m also a nursing student and while I get there are different ways to clean piercings, saline solution is definitely one of them. I could never imagine doing business with anyone at Diversity off the Las Vegas strip across from Walgreens. Not only do rude and uneducated people work there but it’s also dirty and grungy in there and looks like a run down 7 – 11 inside. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMETHERE unless you want to deal with outlandish prices and obnoxious people.

If I could, I’d put no stars!!! I DONOT recommend!!! First of I flew to Vegas for my birthday and me and my sister wanted to get piercings. We walked in this shop on the strip. There were no deals no discounts. I paid $ 65 for a medusa piercing. I got my philtrum pierced(medusa) and my sister got her nipples. The piercer jerry is extremely rude and makes the whole process plain uncomfortable. His side remarks are super rude and uncalled for. I honestly think he is trying to be funny, but no just NO!!! He’s a total smart ass and super sarcastic. Me and my sister also both had problems with tissue and healing issues. Unfortunately I ended up having to take my philtrum piercing out. I really didn’t want too. =(!!! Jerry was even so kind to give my sis a smack on the bum on the way out. Disgusting prick!!! Divert from diversity. Lol do not waste your time on these rude pieces of crap.

A++++ Will be back. Very helpful. Went in with some ideas and Tank put them all together to create the perfect piece. Told him I’m from out of town, he said I could email him more ideas for him to create some more pieces for myself and my wife. Already planning a return trip in June to add on to it. First tattoo experience was great.

Tank and Jerry are awesome! First tattoo and I was very nervous. Tank helped to calm me down and did a wonderful job on my tattoo. The place is clean and welcoming and not expensive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tattoo artist on the strip. Beware of the other shop with the same name up the street. This shop is near the Stratosphere.

I came here to get my finger tattooed by Tank. He did a great job, I love how my tattoo turned out. He’s also funny, sweet & he made it a great experience. I would definitely come back. Thanks Tank! :)

To start: I chose not to have any work done here. Why? Because the tattoo artist couldn’t be bothered to put down his ipad long enough to say hello & talk to me about what I wanted done. When I asked to see his book, I was handed 5 loose pictures(which were crap). I ended up a few doors down at Tattoo Heaven where they did a decent job & I have no complaints.

Disappointed. Date/time of visit: 17 march 2012, 5p I went in looking for new jewelery for my upper cartilage(14g) and traigus(18g). I was told the traigus jewelery they used to pierce would work perfectly. Come to find out its a 16g NOT the 18g I specifically asked for. The hoop is too big to have in such a tiny place, it stretched my hole and was getting stuck in my pillow all night, I had to take it out because I was scared to pulling and stretching would cause an infection/bleeding/rejecting. Then come to find out, not even 24hrs after paying them $ 10 to put in both my earrings and a mandatory $ 10 tip, one of the balls to the horse shoe on my cartilage is gone and my traigus is so swollen it hurts worse than when I got it pierced over a year ago. $ 43 wrong/faulty jewelery Oh and they’re closed Sunday so I couldn’t even try to get this fixed with them before leaving town

While in Vegas for my bachelorette party we decided we *obviously* needed new tattoos so hopped in a cab and had the driver«take us to a good tattoo parlor»(in this day and age you would’ve thought we would’ve done some cellular research, but we did not. could’ve been the 18 pre-drinks that clouded our minds). Anyways, back to the review. The shop was clean, we got there at 11pm on a Sunday night and they were semi-happy to help us. I got a small tattoo on the back of my neck for $ 60(down from $ 70 because I threw in a big cash tip) and my two friends got tattoos on the inside of their lips(gangsta!) for $ 110 each(a little pricey). They said they don’t like tattooing on lips because it doesn’t last long, but money is money. Jerry was our tattoo artist and had a little bit of a ‘tude but he was a nice guy and I would go back to him… maybe next time I’m in VEGAS!

No, this place is not cheap. but I paid for the artist’s time and quality [on the Las Vegas strip] and could not be happier with my tattoos. I have two 3×3(approx) multi-colored devils on my shoulders and it came out to be $ 600. However, even after 3 years — the colors are still even and looking good. The place is clean, spacious and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone interested in getting a tattoo in LV!

Ive been there multiple times and have never had a good experience. The first time, I was there to get a pricing for my tattoo. they told me 500 for the script i wanted done, i went next door to tattoo heaven, and they priced the same tattoo for 120. that price difference is a LITTLE extreme. I figured it was just a bad day for the people working there. I went back a few months later to see about peircings and everyone had terrible customer service. maybe its just me, but I look for a certain vibe before i trust people to touch me with a needle. I recommend NOT going here. not only myself, but a lot of friends have had the same experiences. im not a fan at all.

Where else in the world are you gonna find a tattoo parlor/headshop on the main drag busy as hell all night and day. Prices here are a little more than their other locations but thats to be expected its the Strip. They have a great selection of quality glass, anything you desire. Lots of great magazines, stickers and souvenirs as well. They have a reputation for quality tattoo work just ask around. Watch out for the shady guys trying to sell pot in the parking lot, its not poty ou will get ripped off. possibly arrested.

I had my third tattoo done here at Diversity on a random whim on my Vegas weekend. Everyone who works there is super friendly, much more so than in the places I’ve been before. My friend and I had tattoos and inevitably one was done before the other. The atmosphere was lovely, we hung out and chatted to the guys and girls who worked there. It’s a really friendly place and they’re extremely professional. They’re out to make art, they give great advice about placement and what they think will suit. I highly recommend these guys, it’s such a pleasant experience and all of the artists there are fabulous. Had mine done in the window station and it was completely awesome. Whether it’s your first or your ninth tattoo I would seriously recommend this place. It’s not the cheapest but you absolutely get what you pay for. Thanks to Derek and thanks to everyone at Diversity, I had a brilliant time and I have a gorgeous tattoo!
