This is a gun store. You go there to buy a gun, not stand around with a bunch of tourist that never saw a gun before. Individual attention, overall a great experience. I had in mind a few different models, held a few, asked questions, received well informed answers, did the paperwork, walked out. Didn’t really notice any gear (holsters, cases etc…) just a lot of guns at great prices. It’s awesome the inventory and prices are updated on the website daily so you should have an idea of what you want and what’s available when you walk in (at your appointed time).

First time I just went there and they told me that I need an appointment. That’s cool, individual service is great. They answered my questions and week later I called them and got an appointment the same day. I went there. They helped me to buy my gun. They were very helpful. Very good customer service and very nice people. Thanks dgs. I will definitely recommend this place and next time I need to buy a gun will go they for sure.

Professional courteous and very knowledgeable is a great place to buy anything you need, I have nothing but positive things to say about the environment and the selection as well as the prices I was a little hesitant with the appointment scheduled but once we got in I can see the added value in it very comfortable experience once again highly recommended

I would like to start by saying I wasn’t to sure of the appointment thing for buying a firearm, but I am happy to say Jim showed me the process works, and its the best way to go. I bought a Mossberg 930spx today, after spending a lot of time throughout the valley trying to find one, and getting a good price. I emailed DGS over the weekend, not when they were open. I was expecting a response until sometime today (Tuesday) because they were not open on Sunday or Monday. Well Jim emailed right away and advised they had the shotgun I was looking for, and an outstanding price. This price could not be beat anywhere in the valley, and the fact it was in stock was great.
The Experience was great, walked in a little after my appointment, walked out within 30 mins, purchase done. no hassle no problems. They took the time to answer question, the one on one feeling you get at DGS is un-​matched anywhere in Vegas. You don’t have to take a number, and wait around with a bunch of other folks. Your appointment is your time, and your also not rushed. Can not say enough good things about the entire experience.

Great people and prices! Jim took the time to show and explain many 9 mm handgun options. The appointments allow for personalized attention and allows them to offer outstanding prices by keeping overhead down. Attention: may be habit forming.

Cant say a single bad word about this place. I was a first time gun buyer. First off I’ll say I dealt with Sherri, who was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend making an appointment with her (I’m sure the others there are equally great).
I called around to several gun shops in town looking for prices on a Glock 26. DGS was the cheapest I found. I called up, and made an appointment (its by appointment only). I actually liked their appointment only format. As soon as you walk in you’ve got a dedicated sales person to help you. The place is very nice and has an upscale feel. It does not feel like a cheap gun store or pawn shop. Everyone there was incredibly nice. Sherri took me nearly immediately and showed me several guns. I decided to go with the Glock 26. Within about 30 minutes my paperwork and background check were done. Sherri threw in some free Glock stuff (keychain, stickers, that kind of thing) and I was on my way.
For the first time gun buyer or new gun owner I would HIGHLY recommend this place. You will feel comfortable and you don’t have to worry about feeling stupid if you need to ask questions.

The BEST gun store in Las Vegas. I have been to quite a few gun stores, and this place without a doubt is the best. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and very efficient. I hate places where the staff is slow, and they definitely are not. Really big selection of guns and excellent prices. If you live in Summerlin then you especially need to go. I can’t say enough good things about the experience here. Looking forward to going back to purchase more!
Also the reservation thing is excellent. You get one on one help without having to flag anyone down or waiting for someone else to finish.

Greatest little gun shop in Vegas. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about guns and safety. Prices cannot be beat and they can find and order just about anything you’re looking for. I like the fact that they are appointment only. The one on one attention makes you feel like they really value your business.

They had what I wanted when nobody else in town did (Performance Center Shield in 9mm). It’s definitely a different way to buy a gun, if you know what you want and aren’t kicking tires it’s great. The transaction went smoother than any other gun buy I’ve done before.

Bought yet another firearm from Jim over at DGS. The new location is great and of course the selection is better than most shops in Vegas. Remember DGS does business by appointment only so that they can give u the best service possible. Call them in advance not only to make an appointment, but also to let them know what you are looking for so if they don’t have it in stock that day they can most likely have it in their store for u within 3 business days or so. Anything firearms under the sun you can get here at DGS. Just call ahead and ask. Still the BEST place in Nevada to purchase your firearms. Seriously since they price match you would be doing yourself a disservice buying your guns anywhere else. Call them today!!!

This is the very best place to purchase a firearm for several reasons, first being price. Think online pricing! Second their customer service. Is excellent as well. I have recommended two other friends who were both as happy as I. Trust me, give them a shot (excuse the pun)!

DGS is absolutely amazing! I have been to about 4 gun stores in Las Vegas and dgs is the only one that stands out and was treated the best here. I purchase my first firearm at this store and I really like how it is run here. They give you the one on one personal attention and they answered all my questions. They have just about everything I need here, and if they don’t they would offer me good connections on where to look. Price is great. I will definitely continue business and will recommend to others as well.

Called around for a price on a firearm I wanted. DGS had the gun in stock and at a great price, beating even some online dealers. They have an unconventional way of selling firearms whereby one needs to call and make an appointment, but they are available via telephone during business hours to answer any questions, which works out fine by me. The one-​on-​one attention they give you when you show up for your appointment is well worth it.
Additionally, upon securing an appointment and showing up to purchase my firearm, no one informed me that there was a 3% charge to use a card. Not absolutely unheard of for online dealers, but a little bit rare for local sales. I had no problem paying the 3%, but since no one told me, DGS decided to go above and beyond and not charge me the 3% this time (this is also my first time purchasing from them). Fantastic customer service!

an unconventional way to purchase a firearm or anything firearm-​related but i loved the personal touch…
I called DGS to inquire about a lower receiver I needed for my AR build… my call went to voicemail and so i left a message about the item I was looking for… i was very happy Sherri called me back to tell me the item I was looking for was available with them… I was given an appointment near their closing hours just to accommodate me same day… I love that «Yes» mentality to customers… everybody was very friendly when I arrived… Sherri sold me my lower receiver and went above and beyond by allowing me to pick my serial number… was trying to buy a Glock pen, Sherri gave it me for free and even added a Glock keychain… it didn’t matter that I was just there for an item less than $ 70… DGS made me feel like it’s not all about the money… but rather that they are in the business to make their customers happy and to keep them coming back…
the prices… the lowest you can find in Las Vegas and I think even anywhere (online included)… the personalized customer service and product knowledge are bar none top-​notch… DGS got my business from now on and I will refer my friends to them for their firearm purchase needs knowing I and my friends will be given the best deals and purchase experience…
