I love this place. Came in at the end of July after a long work week and conference. Ebru took me last minute on a Friday because I was in desperate need for a wash, blow dry and flat iron. She did a great job on my hair. She is comfortable with all hair types, giving me some great tips on styling and maintenance. She was also kind enough to give me a ride back to the strip after my treatment. She’s a good soul. I highly recommend!

Cant even begin to explain how much i love Devine Designs. I come in all the time for a pedicure and the owner Ebru takes such a good care of me. I was in there about 3 days ago and a Gentlemen named steve was in there belligerent drunk being such an rude pig to the ladies that work in there. I have so much respect for those ladies watching them handle that situation. Even though he was being completely rude those women handled the situation with such proffesionalism. I have always had a good time in there and would recommend it to anyone.

I was only in town for a few hours before I had to catch a flight back to Philly. I desperately needed a mani pedi after 6 days traveling through the national parks. Didn’t want to pay for the upscale spa type place in the casinos so I went here because of the previous reviews. Definitely hands down, unequivocally the worst pedi I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had 100+ in the last 10 years. So bad that I bailed before they could give me a mani. Nice lady (Linda I think) but horrible at pedicures. They also charged me $ 25 which was insanely high for what they do. They don’t have professional chairs either. You sit in an uncomfortable arm chair with your feet in bucket. Giving only 1 star because while the intentions I’m sure we’re good, the pedicure along with the 2 lady’s trashy demeanor were just that bad. That and Unilocal won’t let you post no stars or I’d probably gone with that. Don’t come here if you want a pedi. Stick with the Asian run spots. At least you know that they all actually were trained and received proper licensing.

This is truly a hidden gem here in Las Vegas. Service is impeccable! Ebru (who is a gem all on her own and a true artist), her staff, friends etc are so awesome! They make you feel really welcomed and take great care of you from the moment they see you walking through the doors! So easy to talk to and accommodates all of your requests along with, of course, their professional advices which I truly appreciate. I had extensions and hair cut done here and I’ve always walked out happier than I was walking in. So if you just need to get away and need a little bit of cheering up, all you have to do is walk through those front doors! :D I love the old school salon feel to it too! I don’t think I’ll be going to another stylist again. Just go and experience it for yourself, you’ll know what everyone else is talking about :)

Ebru did my wedding day updo. she’s an artist! After we met me she pegged my personality and thought about what would be right for me. When the day came, she did a fab job. But that’s just the beginning. She made my sister, niece and I all feel like cherished friends. She’s fabulous!

First time in Vegas and needed a quick haircut but didn’t realize most shops close early here. The owner of this shop made time for me nonetheless and did a fantastic job on my hair cut and made me feel as if I was a regular. Definitely will see her when I return.

I always have such an amazing experience when I visit Devine Designs. My hair looks absolutely amazing every single time I visit. I just got my hair done about a few days, I’m so in love with it, it’s soft and shiny! They also give great customer service. I would definitely refer someone here.

This review is LONG overdue. I traveled to Las Vegas in August and was looking for a ombré style hairdo for my 13 y.o. (The only reason I granted this wish is because she got straight A“‘s)
I was very nervous since this would be my daughters FIRST hair color experience. I called several places on the strip and the price quoted was $ 300 – 400!!!WHAT!!!
I read the Unilocal reviews and called Devine Designs her price quote was $ 130.00. WHAT ?!!‘
Ms. Ebru was so friendly, I felt my daughter would be in GREAT CARING hands. Since she has also has children, I know she would be a great fit for my daughter and myself.
My daughter was SO HAPPY with her hair and she looked lovely yet still age appropriate.
Ms.Ebru also gave my daughter a lesson in hair care and answered all her questions about her new ‘do.
I can honestly say that in all my year of being a UnilocalER I have never encountered such a loving, caring, happy and genuine hair professional .
You will not be disappointed with her services and her salon does amazing nail services too.
OHH. she also gave us a ride to the downtown Fremont area too since we did have a car.
She is our new angelito of hair.

Wow! I’m so glad that I found this place it is amazing!
I recently moved from Cali and randomly decided to dye my hair for the first time EVER (Blonde ombré) and very naively went to the first random salon I came across, boy was that a mistake! They messed my hair up really bad, it was dyed unevenly, and completely fried.
I decided to do my research this time and try to find a place on Unilocal that had good reviews. Being a student on a budget, I also needed to find a place that was in my price range. This place fit both criteria.
As soon as I entered the place I was greeted warmly and treated «like family». The ladies made me feel right at home. Tammy did a great job with my hair. My hair was very long (down to my butt) but since it was so dead I just wanted to start brand new and cut it short, around shoulder length (this was a very big deal to me considering I’ve never in my life had short hair) I was very nervous but Tammy and the other lady, i think the owner, made me feel safe and comfortable. Tammy took her time and really listened to what I had to say. After the cut I thought it couldn’t get any better. I was wrong! I was informed on their deep conditioning treatment. I decided to do it and so happy I did. It turned the icky bronze color I had to the blonde I wanted and made my hair feel smooth and healthy again. I absolutely love my hair and have not stopped getting complements.

I just moved back from NYC and needed a familiar cozy nail place. This cute spot delivered. I felt instantly at home the second I sat in the pedicure chair. Everyone wanted to make sure I was completely comfy. Found my go to! Score!

I loved this place! It was ½ the price of anything on the strip and the women who work there are so nice and cool. They did a great job on my acrylic fills and the pedicure was relaxing and delightful. This is my new staple nail salon for when I come to Vegas.

I came in here the day before my wedding to get my nails done, they did a great job and were super welcoming and friendly! I felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriends!
