Nice selection of products. The staff was attentive and friendly. One of them, named Tashari, was extremely helpful. We always have a good experience whenever we shop at this store. The footwear is top quality and durable, so they last a long time. Prices are already reasonable considering how well made their products are, but they also have frequent sales going on.

Wow, I love this store. I have been passing by it for years. First when it was across the street and for the past year, at this location. I have never gone in before today. I am so glad I did. The sales rep, Jessica was so helpful and she sure knew a lot about feet. I was just planning on taking a quick look, but I ended up spending over a hour in the store and purchased several pairs of shoes that I love. I will certainly be back next summer.

I really want to buy shoes here but the three or so times I’ve come in here the sales lady is so unpleasant that I end up just wanting to leave as soon as possible. They have great shoes but they’re all on the pricy side, which is fine since they are good quality shoes, but in order to find the right one I need to ask questions and try on different pairs. I don’t know what it is with the lady that works there, she just seems so miserable and everything you ask or want to know about the shoes makes you feel like you’re causing her to be in pain…
I’m going to try going to their Henderson location one of these days so that that I can maybe meet someone who will let me take my time as I try on the different shoes, and hopefully end up buying a pair.

Absolutely delightful staff and what a great store. I’m a long time Birkenstock wearer and finally decided to get some new ones and lo & behold I walked out with new work shoes too!
Cute little book for the little boogers to play while you spend your money! So smart!
They hd just moved so make sure you call to get new address, it’s right across the street.

I’ve walked past this store for quite awhile and finally stopped in when my old pair of Birkenstocks decided to wear a hole in themselves. Amy helped me find a nice pair of oiled leather Birkenstocks in the proper size. They were comfortable from the moment I slipped them on.
Amy also explained that I could have my old Birkenstocks resoled and have the straps reconditioned. I’m seriously thinking about it because I loved my pair of purple suede Birkenstocks. I might change over to the classic sole instead. It is quite a bit more comfortable than the soft foot bed.
I like this store and the one to one customer service. This will be my go to walking shoe store. FYI, they’ll be moving to the west side of Best of the West in a few weeks.

I shop at this shoe store twice a year. They have the best brands for comfort shoes and if you sign up on their email list, you get access to some great sales. I bought Earth Sandals and Birkenstock Shoes for incredible prices because of their sales promotions.
