Such a fantastic State Farm Insurance Agency! We have had great customer service, our experience has been nothing but positive. They have helped us get the best deals and even make us feel like we are friends! I highly recommend Curt Scheppmann!

i am a long time customer. i once would have given them 5 stars. however, i have realized that it was only one person in the agency that i had always dealt with, and Alissa is incredible. However, if you don’t deal with her, you will get some horrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails when you voice concerns and if you call, they can’t be bothered to try and help you. This is why I am going to be switching. If you go with them, make sure you deal with Alissa, otherwise you might as well buy from somewhere else.
