Combat Zone Paintball & the Zombie Apocalypse Experience

We did the Zombie Paintball, the overall experience was AWESOME… Adrenaline starts as soon as u walk in the door and continues even after you’ve gotten in your car to drive home. Very well done and thought out. The staff does an amazing job. Will definitely be back with more people. Highly recommend this. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

My family loves this spot! The owner Phil, really pours his passion into each and every inch of this cool biz! His attention to detail, along with his unbelievably fun staff, is why we simply «can’t get enough» of the experience! They have a fun retail lobby, where I do my fun shopping, for our grandkids! A MUST DO stop, with perfect location, when rolling into Las Vegas!

This was a really great experience.
It’s located in the middle of nowhere which is perfect for what they’re trying to accomplish. I honestly didn’t think it was going to be as structured as it was. The maze is very large and I honestly thought they were going to just give us guns and let us fend for ourselves; which was kind of a scary thought that the zombies might be running at us from out of nowhere in the middle of the night.
But once you get going, for me anyway, it wasn’t that scary because you pretty much always have a guide throughout, the maze isn’t that complicated, and if you just take your time then you’ll see all the zombies coming for you.
You go through with a group of people and you don’t always know the people in your group. We got put with another man and two children who wanted to go through it without their parents. The kids were like 10 or 11 and in the waiting area they said they had been through the maze before and that they could handle it but once we got going they were clinging to us adults and one of them called me mommy lol.
You don’t have to worry about running out of ammo because they give you a brand new shot gun at each checkpoint and it’s not too far in between each.
The whole thing is fun and I would recommend that everyone try it out at least once. I didn’t get the impression that they change things up frequently so I probably won’t go back soon because it’ll be too familiar, but they did mention that they were thinking about opening up a zombie escape room sometime in the future so I would definitely be interested in trying that when or if they get it up and running.

This place was wonderful! We had a blast! The guy that maintains the field was super chill and cool. They gave us free water at the end because it was so hot. Would recommend it to everyone!

I came here last night for a birthday party for one of my sons friends. Let me just say, I am not into haunted houses and zombies that much anymore. When we arrived, the place was packed! The reception area is quite small, so you will be rubbing elbows with strangers. No biggie though. I think check in could be a bit better, but maybe it would have been better if there weren’t so many people. I think if employees made announcements that people needed to sign waivers that would be helpful. Or a sign above the counter might be helpful. We finally got checked in and our boys were given a story I believe before entering. They were then allowed four practice shots before being led into the zombie filled course. The parents were allowed to go into the party area. The party area is just a temporary tent with picnic tables, nothing fancy but perfect for a kids party. Next to our party area there was a caged area which held two zombies. They were always playing the part, growling at us and trying to get over the fence. A few times the gate was left open and the zombies entered our party area while the kids were still shooting. It was so much fun watching the parents scream as they ran away from the zombies. I spoke to the manager about doing a school event there and he was very polite, extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When our kids finally joined us, they were so excited and had a great time! Then near the end of the party, some zombies came into the party area again and let me tell you, it was awesome! The kids were screaming, parents were screaming, it was such a great time. There were zombies around the wooden fenced areas we had our party at and were putting their hands over the fence. In the party area, the zombies never grabbed at anyone at any time, they just walked around and would growl at people. At the end of the party when we were checking out the pictures, zombies busted into the reception area and they had to be rounded up. Such a great experience all the way up to the end. For entertainment value, two thumbs up. I did make a suggestion to the manager about adding infrared cameras so party guests who don’t participate can see some of the action. I think the addition of cameras would put this place over the top.

This is for the paint ball review.
I saw the deal on groupon and decided to go for it. We paid 104 bucks for 4 people and each of us got 250 paints, which lasted about 2 hours. You may think «only two hours ?» But it is very intense and you will get very tired by the time you ran out of your paint. The people there were very friendly and accommodating. This place is perfect for teenagers as well as adults. Women receives free chest guards. I do recommend wearing neck guard.

Right after I signed up at the Apocalypse store, I had to make the long drive to Henderson for the said event. I think those who are interested should ask where it is. Because I really wasn’t really looking forward to the drive. From the very moment I came in, none of the employees cared that I even exist. No eye contact, no hello. Would you bother coming to any business where you feel non-​existent and a dollar sign in their eyes? I wasn’t told anything about signing a waiver until I saw a group being told by the same employees to do that.
The zombies and the the atmosphere was cool, but I felt for the price I paid for $ 41 to do this was a waste. $ 41 for one hour? I would’ve spent that playing Blackjack or gambling. Heck wouldn’t most people? I think it could’ve been half that considering I had an okay, lackluster experience. The only time the employees inside bothered talking to me was if I wanted to buy pictures or if I had questions. Due to the lack of employees inside the store not making me feel welcomed, not being attentive or friendly, and the price of the event I will not be returning! I will suggest my friends not to bother.
I was really looking forward to the event since I missed it the last time I was in Vegas. I left really disappointed with the experience I had with the store employees and the price of the said event. Didn’t really matter if I was a local or a tourist, or if I was alone or with a group. You do not treat your customers like they don’t exist, as I did NOT feel welcomed! At least their employee at the other store was friendly and attentive. Something need to change!
Remember without customers, your business will cease to exist! These employees wouldn’t have jobs either.

I went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I must say we had a wonderful time shooting each other in the butts (lol, or was it me aiming theirs). We chose to shoot with the low impact paintball guns, due to not wanting to risk having any welts and bruises. I will tell you though if you aren’t suited (layered w/​extra padding of clothing) then you will still feel a little sting. I got hit in the arm (were I had less padding), I got a little red stinger on my arm. The courses were laid out well, I was able to duck and hide from the opposing team so well that I snuck up behind them. Shooting paintballs like a mobster. The only thing that I would like for them to improve is providing fatigues or some sort of suit to cover your clothing, so your clothes don’t get splattered on.
Tips: You can sign an electronic waiver on their website so you don’t have to wait to sign in when you get there. Make sure to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on (even though they say its washable, don’t take a risk). Wear layers of clothing, I chose to wear jean everything & sweats over my clothing, next time I think I’ll wear my ski bibs cause I kept getting hit in the legs. Bring some water cause you’ll be sweating due to the fun cardio!
I can’t wait to go back!

So my sons just completed a birthday party here at combat zone. They both agree that this is the best paintball park in all of Las Vegas. From my vantage point although I did not play The facility looked amazing with lots of options. Both my sons said that the complexity of the courses was far better than what they have played before. I also like the fact that they have the option to have light, medium and heavy paintball guns so that you can choose what is most appropriate for your level of play.

Took my son and 7 of his friends for the low impact paintball for his 11^th birthday. None of them got really hurt but all had a really good time. The place is clean and well spaced out between the different courses. The guys distributing the guns were very thorough about safety of the guns and face masks. The course refs really made sure they were following the rules throughout the 2 hour time frame of play.
If you are coming for a birthday party, make sure you know you will be handling it all your self. We brought everything from food, coolers, drinks, etc. We also went through the paint they provided as part of the package in an hour so I had to buy another 500 rounds.
The weather was great (the day we went) and it’s not far from the SW side of town which is where we live. I would recommend it to parents with tweenagers/​teenagers.

Came to Vegas for a bachelor party and wanted something to break up the gambling and the alcohol. This was a great group activity. We all had a blast. With 3 different courses we didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes to get the next game going. The staff was helpful, attentive and kept the games moving. We were all very happy and wished we could have stayed longer.

Very fun activity. Came here with 8 guys for a bachelor party and wish we could have stayed longer.
Great deal in terms of what we got and buying extra paint was affordable.
Staff was great and we wished we had more time there.

Really fun and unique group activity! Went to celebrate the birthdays of two of my friends. The only cons were that we were supposed to be able to get on an army tank and drive down the strip before starting paintball and the tank was broken down — they did get my friends a party bus though that seated half our group (the rest of us had to take a regular bus to the paintball area). I also wish the experience was a little bit longer. Overall though, it was a fun, kid-​friendly, unique experience to do in Vegas :)

I got the groupon and hold my 12 year old son’s birthday party with friends. It was great!
Pro: 1) you can bring your own food! (I am so sick of all the kids’ party place only can order their own cheese pizza and cake… so this is VERY important for me!)
2) they are flexible with reserve time and how long to use up your rounds
3) employees are supportive. We are picnicking and the boy brought me a table cloth right away!
4) kids love it
5) restroom is very clean
Con: 1) since their time slot is quite flexible, so you basically wait in line for the fields… not really «reserved»
2) it’s a little far location
3) kids younger than 9 basically are running around… not much for them

We did the zombie apocalypse experience and the zombie paintball. The experience far exceeded our expectations! It was incredible!
Such an awesome experience. We met the owner, who was a great guy! Along with the Sargent and zombies, they added to the fantastic experience.
We even got free t-​shirts!!! Pricing was perfect as well. It was worth every penny!

Groupon deal got us there. Had a blast. Different experience in the escape room than we had done before. Suggestion to bring a small flashlight and or cell phone to look up intel. Shooting zombies was fun too. Over all it was great, friendly staff and zombies go figure, friendly zombies.

My friend picked this for her birthday. My husband and I we’re not sure what it was all about but if our friend wanted to do it, we were in!
I have to say it was AWESOME!
We had a group of 10 and omg it was SO FUN!
I never knew shooting and running foe your life could be so FUN!!!
I have already told a bunch of locals that his joint is a MUST!!!
