What an absolute nightmare this has been dealing with this State Farm location!!! I have been with State Farm for 26 years and I am no longer with them because of Cody Clark and his team. DO NOT USE THEM… YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Worst customer service! Cody Clark sucks. And they dont even care if loyal customers leave their companies!!! Unacceptable. State farm isnt there!!!

We have been long time policy holders with State Farm. When we first started with State Farm, Cody was just getting started. We were one of his first clients. He did everything and anything to make us happy, now a days we never hear from him, nor can we ever get a hold of him for questions. His employees (Calvin and Jason) are terrible at calling people back. I mean it’s common courtesy. This agent has changed for the worst in the last few years. I do not recommend him or his employees to anyone. Terrible!!! Look else where for help. State Farm is great but this agent sucks!!!

When I started my policy a little over one year ago, this office would bend over backwards to help me in any way possible. Now that I’m a policyholder, I can’t get them to call me back in the same week.
I’ve been really lucky to have only had to call for quotes during the past year, because I can only imagine how long it would take me to file a claim from start to finish. Save yourself some frustration and go through a different agent, this one is worthless.
