These guys charge 10%, plus a $ 295 new tenant fee and won’t negotiate down to the more reasonable (and standard) rates that other management companies offer. I can see sticking on the 10% if they didn’t *also* do the fixed fee, but both is totally unacceptable. Looking elsewhere.

In all my years in the Las Vegas valley, I have encountered many real estate agents that were simply not up to the task. CLUnruh Real Estate & Property Management is different. I found the broker, Christina Unruh to be knowledgable about short sale and property management, and I was refreshed to meet someone who truly operates as a professional. I believe this company is honest and assertive, and clearly able to get the job done.
