The place could look nicer inside. I went to go to the bathroom but was disgusted with how they stored everything. They seem efficient with their next day ready for pick up. I got my uniform altered here and she was helpful with my pinning and it was altered correctly. I was nervous but happy with it. She was even flexible with my pick up time.

They advertise next day service but not really. I clearly explained that I need my garments on April 9th and was guaranteed they’d be ready after 4pm. I show up at 5:15pm and NOPE. 2 out of 3 are done but we won’t have the other completed until Monday. Well that’s nice but I won’t be here. Nice apology, no explanation. Now I need to find a Dry Cleaner to at least press what they already cleaned. Now I remember why I stopped coming here. If you can’t do it… just say no. I would have gone elsewhere. Ugghh.

still not doing a good job im sure i am going to stop coming to this unfriendly environment. they make me feel UNWELCOME!!! and they are over rated with their prices. to expensive for the quality they offer. POOR! service and the workers are more worries about theire own social life than their costumers. they need more people skills. u guys need some lessons on greting good paying costumers !!!

My husband and I have been consistently using Cleanbay for over a year now. We remain very impressed with their work, and customer service.
+ My clothes are always down quickly and available when they say they will be.
+ My laundered and dry cleaned clothes are clean and well pressed (should be obvious but I’ve had trouble in the past with other places).
+ while priced more than other places, they do the job right! And their are deals both on the website and through Unilocal check in.
+ My altered clothes are always done quickly and at a reasonable price.
I’ll continue using them and recommend you give them a try too!

Always a great job done with our laundry and such. My roommate normally picks it up since she works right down the street but the clothes always smell amazing and look terrific. I am so happy with this cleaners and you’re sure to be as well if you use them!

Had a lot of billing issues w/​them & it took 2 weeks to clear up — by me disputing charges on my card! Most of the time people are nice & service is as-​expected but they do occassionally drop the ball.

I love this place! Won’t take my dry cleaning anywhere else. They are always done in a timely fashion, and drop off/​pickup is always fast and easy. I’m also an executive assistant and take my boss’s nice shirts and suits here as well and they always take such great care of them, without charging an arm and a leg! You can sign up for the email coupons as well as the coupons they have on Unilocal,but even without coupons it’s still a great deal. My boss can be a bit picky at times and he is always happy with the work they do. Besides, if we can both afford to go there on our widely different salaries you know they aren’t trying to rip you off!

They do a great job but are a little pricey. Their customer service is wonderful though! I brought a pair if pants to be hemmed, and they turned out perfect except I told them the wrong length! So I had to bring them back, dreading paying for it twice. Without me having to say a word they didn’t charge me anything! They didn’t even blink over my silly mistake. That will keep me coming back. You are good to me, I will be good to you!

I was in town just for the weekend (who does that for Vegas, anyway?), and needed to get some work clothes cleaned as I was going on the road again from here without stopping home.
Clothes were done on time (I left them overnight), was able to use a coupon for their already reasonable rates, and they were cleaned as well as I could expect.
So here’s why I was impressed enough to write a review:
One of my shirts had a cuff a button that cracked and I remember thinking what a pain that was and when was I going to have time to sew a new one (or remember to ask the cleaner to do it for me while they’re at it).
Well, I didn’t remember to ask and I was surprised to find that the button was replaced for me without my mentioning it! That’s some attention to detail that you rarely see.

I dropped off shoes to be fixed, pants to be hemmed, and a costume dress that needed to be shortened. The pants and shoes were fine, but the dress is now a sweater!!! Can’t use it on Halloween now, and I’m going to need to get another last minute costume. I also overheard another customer complaining about her costume not being ready on time while I was waiting. Fast service, but even when having quick service you need to have the items right!!!

I love how quick they are and their coupons. I don’t take a ton of stuff to the dry cleaners but when I do this is where I go. A friend made the recommendation to start coming here. I’ve signed up for their email coupons and have been going since.
A service I’m interested in but haven’t tried is the pickup and delivery service they have. It seems very convenient. I’m sure if you’re a busy person living on the South side of town this would be very beneficial.
We will continue to do business with them because of how reasonable their prices are an how quickly they get things done.

My neighborhood drycleaners is one of the first things I thought about Unilocaling. These guys have it right. If you live within three miles, you can sign up for a burgandy bag with your name and address on it, and link it up to a credit card. Thats right, I literally drop off my laundry or drycleaning in that bag and it comes delivered in a few days on my front porch. No fumbling around for tickets, no running to pick up dry cleaning before they close.
If that wasn’t reason enough to go there, they send ten dollar off coupouns in the mail about every month! I adore these cleaners and thank them for keeping me in clean pressed clothes.
