Worked directly with the condescending owner, Jeff Carr. Hands down, worst experience that I have ever had with a building supply company.
Ordered base board to be delivered. CLASSIC DOOR AND TRIM cancelled delivery three times without notice. Company promised that they would take back any overage. NOT TRUE. They actually give you the run around and hope you’ll give up… which I did.
STRONGLY advise NOT using this CLASSIC DOOR AND TRIM for any building supplies.
