Children’s Learning Adventure

I called this place to try and get an estimate on the cost and what programs they would have available for my children.
The lady on the phone didnt sound excited or happy to be there. She couldnt even give me an exact price on what it would cost for my children to attend this facility. She proceeded to ask me a lot of detailed questions about my children, which I did not feel comfortable answering with her. She told me that she didnt have pricing information and that a program specialist would call me back. She also proceeded to mention that this particular facility would be closing down and all of the children and staff would be merging with the brand new Durango location later in the month. I drive by the Durango location everyday, it seems nice, but it also seems very busy and overcrowded, and I was concerned that there would be too many children in the new facility if one facility was merging with another.
2 weeks later and I still havent heard from that «Program Specialist»!!!
I also tried contacting the facility many times, but they kept saying that someone would contact me back.
Let’s just say that I took my children to a very nice facility thats right near my house, my kids are very happy.
Its very rude to not call anyone back, how do you expect to gain business?

My daughter had her last week at CLA today and I’m sad to take her out. We had some issues with food allergies so, we had to put her in a daycare that we could provide special food for her. The staff were very gracious and accommodating when I said we had to pull her out. I know that it’s the goal to keep students in, so it’s never good to see one go. I loved the school and so did my daughter. Excellent teachers and assistants. It’s also easy to add to add a day if you need to if there’s an emergency and you need to drop your child off. I’ve needed to do this twice and it was no big issue. At the new school, I need to let them know a week in advance. I would definitely recommend CLA to anyone. It’s a secure facility with professional administrators and teachers.

My son has been here for a few months now and I love it here. The facility is very nice and very clean and the teachers in the infant room are incredible. My son has so much fun while he’s here. They have actual curriculum ever for the infants and it is amazing. My son is starting to recognize the sign language and trying to use it to communicate. The building is secure and safe and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend Children’s Learning Adventure.

Both of my children attend CLA and I’m very happy with them there. This is the 3^rd child care facility I have tried and hopefully my kids will stay here until it’s time for kindergarten! The teachers are very friendly and the front staff is extremely helpful and professional. My 3 year old is always learning and continues to impress me. My infant is so well socialized and the teachers really care about him.
