Children’s Heart Center Nevada

We first visited Dr. MAYMEN 20 years ago. With our oldest child and since then he has taken all of our children (4 of them) under his wing and loved them in such a special way. We feel very special to have found him and are grateful for what he has done for our family.

Dealing with a large group of terrified family members as you learn about pacemakers, donor waiting lists, you need the patients of a saint. These Drs have it. They answered all our questions, and when asked the hated question «What would you do?» he said he was taught to never, ever answer that. Then he held my hand and told me what he would do. I love them for that.
As we held the young parents hands as they scheduled the first surgery, and we all tried to be mature, the nurses sat patiently, and when questions we hadn’t thought up arose they got the Dr back. Twice.
Loved them, loved the care. If we all have to deal with this for life I’m glad we have them behind us.
Parking can be a pain, the hospital and the office building share one lot. They do offer valet, which is very handy on days you just can’t. The elevators make some scary sounds, but I’ve been riding in them for years and I’m still alive.
