Located at the Premium Outlet South, this store is dedicated to men’s clothing. The women’s store is a few stores down. They have everything a man could need in his closet. From jeans, shirts, jackets, underwear etc, it’s all here. My boyfriend likes how their button downs fit. Luckily, everything is on a promotion here so he was able to stock up on a few colors. They also have a clearance section in the back where things are 75% off. Be patient because you have to look through the clutter. It is an outlet so I expect there to be messy racks. On our last visit, we found a $ 200 jacket and only paid $ 50. Score! The employees we did come in contact were friendly and weren’t pushy at all. We’ve scored some amazing deals here so we will definitely be back. Tip: stop by customer service to pick up the VIP shopper coupon book. There’s a coupon in it for this store.

Where do I start? First off they had a «clearance sale» that included items not actually a part of the sale, and when I brought that to the attention of the obnoxious cashier she wouldn’t honor it, she then proceeded on giving me some of the worst customer service I’ve received in some time. My suggestion to this place, clean house and get a staff that enjoys customer service(or at least can fake it) and actually knows what they’re doing. Ridiculous

This place is interesting, in a «that baby looks interesting» kind of way. Don’t really know what to make of it. Their clothing selections are good and the prices aren’t bad, but given all the dirt-cheap deals it’s surrounded by in the newly minted«Las Vegas Premium Outlets: South,» they aren’t relatively good either. Occasionally they’ll have some good deals, but generally speaking, they’re just A-OK. This place would normally garner a 3-star rating based on the clothing and the moderate deals, but what it has to be docked a star for is the customer service. I have consistently gotten bad customer service, bordering on horrible. The staff seems unhappy to be there and bothered when you ask for help. The dressing rooms are neglected(seemingly under-construction) and the people in the back get upset when you ask for a room(they aren’t equipped with keys and have to walk all the way to the front to request a dressing room key). There definitely seem to be management issues and I think that if they get those issues addressed, this place would experience some visible customer service improvements. One bright point is that they’ll have electronic coupons for $ 5 off your purchase — all you have to do is text a number that they display by the cashier.
