110 degrees, thought I should sit outside under the vapor misters at the bar. Glad I did. The bartenders Dara & Becca and fun! Had a CW Margarita. One was all I needed, very good and I got buzzed. Maybe return there in a couple hours for another. I had the spicy shrimp fajitas. These too were very good. A little pricy, but worth it for a cantina on the strip.

What a joke. It cost $ 130.00 for a family of 4. That’s 2 adults &2 kids. 2 burritos and fajitas for two. We had 2 sodas 1 water and 1 alcohol be stage. The food was gross! I could have went to Flemings for close to the same price. «STAYAWAY!!! FOODISGROSS&OVERPRICED!!!»

We have loved visiting Cabo Wabo on recent Vegas trips. We like to belly up to the bar to people watch and take in the Bellagio fountains from a distance. I had shrimp tacos on this visit, subbing chips and salsa for rice and beans. I would have preferred grilled shrimp over fried, but I still enjoyed the tacos. My husband had the lobster burrito. He gives it a 7⁄10. We both left satisfied. The price is what it is… you’re on the strip. Service was great on the patio. We will continue to return. Also, live music on a Tuesday night at 8:30 just as we were finishing. He was entertaining.

Service was very slow! We had to wait about an hour til we get our food. We didnt order appetizers because we thought our orders were simple enough. I ordered fish and chips(it’s on the specialties list) and the fish was overcooked. Hubs ordered fish tacos. Host was lovely. Waitress not so much. If you are hungry or pressed for time, do not come here!

TLDR: Good drinks, good atmosphere, reasonably priced food. A nice place to go if you want to grab some drinks and a bite without paying an exorbitant amount. We dropped by here the first night of our Vegas trip to grab some drinks. We were mainly here to try their drinks but I was hungry so I also ordered some guacamole. The guac was really good and came with in a decent portion. It cost around $ 9 and there was enough to share with the group. We only ordered one drink here, the cocorita, and it was delicious! The drink itself was pretty good, but the honey coated coconut crusted onto the rim of the glass was the best part. It was so good, the drink is definitely worth getting just for that coconut crust. We also tried some of the drinks and snacks that the rest of our table ordered. The Salsa was a good price for a pretty generous portion. It had a little bit of a Chipotle flavor in it which I wasn’t that into. The rest of the drinks were all just ok, I don’t think I tried enough of them to know if I liked or disliked them.

Server was cool. Good customer service from his end, which is the only reason this spot got 2 stars. Ceviche tasted not so good. Nachos were OK. N ow let’s talk about the performer(deep eye roll). He’s sitting there playing a guitar and singing, wanting audience participation. I think a lot more people would have been enthusiastic had this idiot not racially profiled a table with some Asian folks. His first question to them was«do you speak english?» Seriously… he made it that much worse by making lite of his comment, and acknowledging that he racially profile. Disgusting!!! He wanted them to move out that table cause… well who knows why, he just did. However the next set of folks that say there, he didn’t ask them about the language they spoke, nor did he ask them to leave. I hope others read this and make an effort not to support this place until they get rid of this bigot

Came here for a late night drink. Well, late for anywhere outside the strip I suppose. The place was pretty empty at midnight and we got seated immediately. They have a bunch of options for their margaritas. I tried the cocorita which is their coconut flavored margarita on the rocks. I prefer them frozen but this one was surprisingly good! They rim the glass with a coat of honey and roasted coconut slivers. It doesn’t fall off easily so you need to gnaw it off. It’s a great supplement to the drink. When we asked for the check, the waiter was able to split it even though we asked after the fact. Easy and done.

Our final Saturday evening meal in Las Vegas was supposed to be at Burgr, but the line wrapped around the casino. So we decided to go to Cabo Wabo. We were seated inside right away. Not very busy around 5pm. The waitress was nice and attentive. Our food and drinks came quickly. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. The tortilla was extremely thin and crisp. It came with the perfect portion of rice and beans. The side of guacamole and sauce went really well with it. I’d definitely come back. For 4 entrees and 2 drinks we paid about $ 25 each after we split the bill with tip. I think the prices are what’s expected of Vegas, but of course over priced for the food you get especially the drinks. I paid $ 12 for a tall beer on tap.

Had reservations and we were greeted with smiles. I was with a very large party and I don’t think the waitress completely catered to our table. The atmosphere is cool but it is very very loud! There are Tv’s everywhere and music playing. The food was ok the prices were ok as well. It was just an ok experience!

The service was so, ridiculously, unbelievably, horribly… slow!!! omg so slow. So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so SO slow. It was like there was only one server working, and we pretty much only saw one, so, well, you know… It took us two and a half hours to order, eat, and get a bill for a meal that should have not gone one minute past one hour, max. I ordered chips and salsa, and the waiter upsold me to get the salsa/queso/something else trio things. It was good. Ordered some kind of dinner that had chicken and a jalepeno-cilantro type sauce. It was good. Not very spicy, but I liked it that way. And yes, it was very, very expensive.

Waited 45 minutes on a Monday night for a table on the patio for 7 people. I can’t imagine what the wait is on a weekend night. We were able to get some drinks and sit at the bar while we waited for our table, but it still took foreeeverrrr. The frozen margarita I got was a little too sweet and gave me a headache so I barely drank half of it :(As for food, I got the carne asada tacos which comes with 3 tacos and rice and beans. The carne asada was sooooo salty and the beans were not good. Definitely not worth the ~$ 15 cost. I would rather have Del Taco!

We stopped here for a couple of cocktails because they had a nice rooftop patio where we could enjoy the sunshine. My frozen strawberry margarita here was the best frozen drink I had in Vegas(I had quite a few in the four days we were in Vegas!) The glass was frosty and kept the drink nice and cold… flavor was perfect and the right strength. Can’t speak to the food because we didn’t eat here but the service was great and we’d definitely go back for at least drinks the next time we are in town.

Cocorita! Coconut margaritas are yummy. We ordered chicken enchiladas, lobster enchiladas, shrimp ceviche, steak burrito, and steak fajitas. They were all delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Pricing $ 16 — $ 22 each, which is normal for most LV strip restaurants. The lobster was very sweet.

Great vibe, mediocre food! That’s a one line experience at the Cabo Wabo cantina in Planet Hollywood casino. We went here for lunch one Saturday, after finding an hour long wait at our first choice restaurant. Their patio was packed, but they had seating available inside. It is located right on the strip between planet hollywood and paris. The location is great since you don’t really need to walk inside a casino or actually look for this place. It overlooks the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. The place is well setup in mexican décor. I think it’s also a sports bar, so they have plenty of TVs lined along the wall. An bar runs along an entire wall, which is pretty big. They also have an outdoor patio, which is great for people watching, and if you’re lucky, you can see the Bellagio fountains as well. Even though we were inside, our table was just by the open patio, so we had plenty of direct light. The service is pretty decent, but not prompt or too friendly. We started off with a pitcher of bahama mama, which was excellent. I’d recommend getting this here. We later had a pitcher of the maui rocker, which was too sweet and syrupy. I didn’t enjoy that one. The food was just meh. We got a queso to share, which we great, but it went downhill from there. We got a burrito, a steak fajita, a chicken sabana, and a cilantro japaleno chicken, none of which are worth a mention. They were fine, but just fine. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the location, décor and ambiance justifies it. Our check was $ 250 for two pitchers, one appetizer, and four entrees. I would not really go back here for a meal. However, this would be a great place to get a drink on the patio on a warm evening, and try some appetizers.

Only based for the UFC fight MCgregor vs Diaz. We get here right before it started, to get in is 50 $ per person. The TVS at the bar are bigger than the rest so hopefully they’ll seat you around there. We got a pitcher of strawberry margarita for 44 $ and wanted something to munch on so ordered the ahi tuna which was a little stack of tuna with 4 pieces chips for 15 $… When it first came out, my first reaction was. Really? Gaaaahhh… But when I actually had a bite, it had a ton of flavors! I wished there was more, quantity wise, but life’s not fair sometimes. Overall, I would go here if I happened to walk by and was hungry and didn’t want to walk anymore.

Meh… Came here for chips and salsa and some margaritas. We originally wanted to people watch on The Strip, but unfortunately, it was super windy outside, so we weren’t able to sit outside. However, on a good weather day, I think that their bar-style seats outside overlooking The Strip would be perfect for this! We only tried the chips, salsa and guac, and overall was pretty underwhelmed. The guac was really plain. The margaritas were decent though. The interior feels like a little bit tacky — but after all, we are in Vegas.

O.k. — so maybe the fifth star is a sentimental star… I love Van Halen, Van Hagar, and Sammy Hagar — so I am a fan of Cabo Wabo. I also love tequila, and enjoy Sammy’s signature Cabo Wabo tequila. Every time we are in Vegas, we stop by Cabo Wabo for some tequila. The best value is the flight of Cabo Wabo, which is 3 shots — a blanco, a reposado, and an anjeo. If you don’t drink tequila, this is three different levels of aging, and a great way to start to understand the various grades. We usually have some appetizers here too — and they are all pretty good. Prices are typically Vegas, of course. Don’t forget to check out the gift shop. My flex-fit Cabo Wabo baseball cap is now of my favorite hats!

I have tried to avoid Cabo Wabo Las Vegas the past six years because it looks like a giant tourist trap from the outside. Well, I finally caved in one day because I was starving for food and service attention especially after my dinner disaster at HEXX. From the hostesses, to the waitress to the busboys, everything was excellent. The staff members here are full of energy and provided our table with great service. I ordered the Cotija cheese crusted quesadilla w/chicken and requested 2x rice, instead of the beans. I was surprised by how good it tasted. There was plenty of chicken and filling inside the quesadillas. The tortillas were grilled perfectly, with a great crispy texture. For the $ 15.95 price tag, it was a great deal considering we are in Vegas. My buddy ordered the burrito and enjoyed his food too. The only qualm I had was with the fountain Coca-Cola beverage I ordered. It was extremely watered down and lacked carbonation. Cabo Wabo Cantina, you did not disappoint me!

This place is mediocre and pricey. All of their tacos are soft shelled except for one of them, so I was forced to get that one because they pre make them so they couldn’t switch out the shell and I hate soft shell tacos. Tacos come with rice and refried beans which I didn’t want, so I asked for double rice. I think they forgot that I asked for double rice. I’m kind of glad they did because the rice was dry and unflavorful. I literally had to drown it in salt and pepper. The tacos were good. They were the beef ones without any dairy, added avocado and cilantro. We got the bill and we were charged some odd fee. I asked the waiter about it and apparently it’s because they are in the Planet Hollywood mall, so they pass it on to the customer. NOTCOOL. I won’t be going back for expensive, mediocre food and ridiculous fees on top of it.
