I have brought in my blinds several times for replacement parts and they have always been able to find me the right parts. You can even e-​mail them a picture of what blind part you need and customer service responds right away. Once I was stuck in traffic and the manager waited for me on a Friday after closing. How great is that? I highly recommend this place and hey when I
am ready for shutters in the new home I will head over to their showroom.
I can’t say enough how helpful they have been with all my rental property’s.
