If you want the best iron work in the valley this is the company to call! Our pool fence looks just the same as it did on install day 3 plus years ago! Zero rust, discoloration, etc! I contacted the company recently about adding more fencing and felt inclined to write a review because I never had before! Their customer service is outstanding! Their pricing can’t be beat! Thank you Brandon Iron!

Great work! I love our new security door… not only is it sturdy and safe but it looks beautiful. Guys installed it quickly within 30min! The office staff behind the phone could used improved customer service and communication skills but other than that highly recommend! Very efficient, affordable and beautiful work!

Due to many friends still recommending Brandon irons, we decided to try once more and called. Adam showed up and gave great presentations and options. Their prices are spot on affordable.
We had our new steel door installed today. The crew showed up on time and did a good job. The new door is more beautiful than we imagined.
We are so glad we called Brandon Irons again and will call our other family to use them as well.

My family just recently had some work done by this company and they did a great job. We needed our doors, windows, and ac unit covered and Jessica and Adam were very helpful with the process.

I had called several company asking quotes to do my security doors and windows guards to be installed at my house but they all were too expensive and just out of my budget plus when they come to my house they all talk bad about other company in town (their competitors) then Brandon Iron came to do my quote. Let me tell you something Adam who works for Brandon Iron customer service is amazing he went above and beyond my expectations, from the initial quote, explaining thing about the actual products, how long it would take to be ready and install plus his powder coat color suggestion was the best (he suggest Penny Vein for all our irons and just like he said the color look rich and awesome). I’m glad that I end up doing my business with Brandon Iron! I highly recommend ADAM from Brandon Iron for all your Irons needs! By the way he quoted my security doors and window guards to be finish in 4 weeks but he end up finishing early and install within 3 weeks! I’m 100% satisfy with Brandon Iron company because of ADAM customer service and communication! Thanks again ADAM!

I suppose some folks have a personal problem and write reviews accordingly, but my experience with Brandon Iron was excellent. I needed a custom double wide front screen/​security door for my home (96 inches tall). Brandon Iron designed, manufactured and installed — and everything exceeded our expectations. The price was also about half of another quote we received. Brandon Iron has no fancy showroom and their people actually WORK instead of just standing around waiting for the phone to ring or customers to show up, so if you want to pay for that kind of service — go somewhere else. For me, this family owned business was perfect: Pride of workmanship at a fair price.

This place is awful. They have the worst customer service and no communication skills. I was given a 1−3wk completion date. 5 wks later and after several frustrating phone calls, I finally have a finished product. In all fairness, the gates are pretty and the design is the same as promised in the contract. When Brandon originally came to my house to discuss what we wanted, he sounded like a good person/​company for the job. He doesn’t follow through on phone calls, updates. Not just with customers, but with his installers as well. The guys who did the install were great. They had to make two trips though, because Brandon didn’t communicate with them on how our dog run gates needed to be installed.
The girl who answers the main phone for the company is useless. So if you use Brandon Iron, not only can you never reach Brandon, but the girl who answers the phone doesn’t know anything.
Brandon runs this company like he has no competition in town. There are lots of companies that do iron work in Las Vegas. Do your research, get referrals or read reviews. Don’t pick this company.
