Burned the heck out of me… I have blisters all over my body. Absolutely regret setting foot in this place. THIS has never happened to me ever; anywhere else. Are the employees not TRAINED to look at a person and suggest perhaps they may not want to go that long? Do the employees not know when a bed has had bulbs replaced, OR PERHAPS a person is too pale to go that long? I’m new to Vegas, and I can tell you I will NEVER come back here. I’m going straight to URGENT CARE.

I’ve been to several of their locations. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the beds are always clean. The only complaint I have is that they are too expensive, including the prices of their lotions. Their specials are just a come on to get you to spend too much money and think you’re getting a bargain.

These places have bad customer service and will have turned me orange when I spray tanned. After they promise no orange guaranteed. Then they will not refund your money and they have shady business going on with the workers. I guess sometimes they just keep the money and don’t log you in:

Buyer beware, even if you specifically think you are purchasing only a limited number of tanning sessions they may go ahead and sign you up for a renewing membership without your knowledge. That’s what happened to me. When I noticed it on my credit card bill and discovered they had been charging me for several months I called corporate to ask them to refund me they said I had signed a contract. Um no, I had signed on an electronic pad for the service I thought I had purchased. The lady said I should have asked for a printed contract, Why would I have done that, I thought I was only paying for the month of sessions I agreed too? This is bad business.

Everyone here is so professional and nice. Great place to tan and I’ll definitely be coming back. Came in not knowing much other than sunlight=tan skin. Elizabeth was great, explained how everything worked, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I’d ask for her if I were you!

Groupon spray tans! Versaspa is the best spray tanning system in my opinion, and when you get 2 for $ 25 from groupon, my pasty freckled covered body can’t resist it! The service is friendly and the place is clean. They have a monthly membership option too.

Owner is super sweet! She signed me up and explained all the packages. Place is very clean. Some girls at the front desk are very friendly. Always a bed or booth available — but I go on off times. Would recommend to all my friends. Would give 5 stars if all the girls were friendly at the front desk.

I’ve been coming to this location to this location ever since 2002. The staff changes frequently but the beds and the service remains the same, always clean and in good working condition. You always wonder to yourself after you get undressed and lay down, I wonder if one of the bulbs will be burnt out… Never happened to me here yet :)

This location is now Bodyheat Tanning. It is wonderful. They have great beds, the best ever spray tabs, lotions, & customer service. Best prices as well!
