First of all, you never even waited on me so how would you know what happened? Your response just shows how unprofessional your company is — we are all just a dime a dozen and it doesn’t matter to you. You will continue to sell cheap products at a 600% markup and people will continue to accidentally pick your company and pay you. I never said I was pleased with the product and neither did my team. We all just figured we had no choice but to go with the picture that was already taken, move on and never use your company again. I did say that I was disappointed. It’s a park! There a plenty of spaces that don’t include the parking lot as a background! Way to go, blame the customer. Buyers beware… lesson learned.

Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional picture service I’ve ever had to deal with. The people are perfectly nice but they literally have no professional skill at all. My IPhone takes better pictures. The lady took our sons soccer pictures and there are houses and cars in the parking lot in the background! Their response when I said I was disappointed in the pictures was «yeah, I hate taking soccer pictures in the park.» The color is washed out. There are errors on the printing of the plaque and they didn’t even offer to fix it. I’d say that you get what you pay for but their prices were just like other company’s so we had know way of knowing they’d be so bad. Our team chose this company because they offered what appeared to be a nice, quality plaque. I guess I’ll just have to chalk it up to a lesson learned and be sure to do extensive research before choosing a photographer next time. So disappointing.

Great store! I always go there when I need any printing done. They are really fast and very nice. Never had a bad experience there.

For a sinking economy we do not need businesses to charge for everything from $ 1 packaging tape fee to bad customer service. This place offers nothing that the place across the street doesn’t. I highly suggest NOT using them for anything.
