One of this office’s agents was the Seller’s agent in our purchase transaction in January-​April 2015 (75 days to close). I would not recommend using this agent. Communications were not timely or accurate, and limited to SMS, and rarely returned phone calls or email messages. She could not communicate with the Seller for the simplest requests (such as signing addendums, schedule inspections, etc.). The Buyer’s agent had to communicate directly with the Seller because of these communication issues. Also, look carefully at the commission; this particular agent took a 3.5% cut. There were numerous other issues too lengthy to list here. Good luck.
