This is a pretty big bar with a nice sized stage. There’s a sort of island/jungle theme to the décor. Overall the interior is pretty decent and it’s got a nice layout. The only major drawback I see is the location… It’s on Boulder Highway. Immediately upon getting out of my car I was asked if I could spare any change. On the upside, once inside the bar, I kinda forgot that I was at a bar on Boulder Highway. About half the people there seemed to be friends of the band that was playing and the other half was either regulars or just people that happened to be there. It wasn’t crowded at all, but based on the size of this place, it would take a lot of people to make it appear busy. Probably about 40 people on a Friday night. They have several arcade games and a pool table. Drink prices were great… I paid $ 9 for a Corona and a Jameson drink. With prices I’m used to in Vegas, it’s kind of like I just paid for the Jameson and I got a beer for free! The service was fast and the bartender was barely dressed and friendly. They also serve food, which I didn’t try. I might frequent this bar if it were in a better location, but Boulder Highway is not my scene.
