Bath & Body Works

I went to this store since it is very close to my job to use my coupon I get on shopular where you spend 10 $ and receive a item up to 14 $ in value, and when I showed it to the lady at the register she didn’t say anything to me but showed it to her coworker who then told me I was not allowed to use that and was extremely rude. I tried telling both of them I have used coupons from shopular for bath and body works for a few years including that coupon and the lady’s ignored me and basically called me lier telling me I was wrong they have never excepted it. Then another employee jumped in as I was talking to the other 2 girls, cut me off and told me that NO bath and body works has ever used those coupons it didn’t matter what I said. Now not only was I in shock they were giving me such a problem with something I not only have used tons of times but have given my mother and coworkers to use who never had any issues but was also extremely irritated and offended that I was being called a lier in front of a store full of people! I can sadly say I will never go back to this store and if I didn’t love bbw so much I probably wouldn’t shop there either! The only reason why I gave them 1star is because of the product they sell is great!

Since this mall is closeby this is the easiest one to go to– not so busy, and it’s located in the lonely wing– a ghost town in the Boulevard Mall (kinda sad, really). Been here many times. The helpful and nice sales people are always changing– fast turnover. The store is well-​stocked, organized, clean, and smells really good (you will smell it from a ways away, but it’s not sneeze-​inducing). The promotions (e-​mail list, mailed coupons, specials like Buy 2 get 1 free, etc.) are inviting. But the star here is the twice-​yearly sales– when prices are really low. I really like the True Blue spa products with catchy names like «Be More Pacific» (manoi balm– smells like paradise– we love anything that conjures up memories of Hawaii). I also really like the pump antibacterial soaps with scents to match their lotions (Moonlight Path, Japanese Cherry Blossom, etc.) and others like Kitchen Lemon. For years, I stocked up on their products for gifts year-​round (& the holidays for that matter) for my friends and family. Be sure to stop there after the hoidays. I also go to the outlet store in Primm/​Stateline (about 4x year).
