What is one to do (BF) when there significant other (GF) gets an email during their lunch date for a 40% off discount at BaBW? They (BF) says, «Sure babe, let’s go.» Even if they (BF) doesn’t really want to partake.
We showed up and upon crossing the threshold of door… automatically, I felt like an outcast (only male). That being said… the variety of scents, both somewhat familiar and may I say. somewhat intoxicating. were enough to sooth the savage beast.
I stood by and watched the interaction between staff and customer (including GF). Everyone was geeked up on the smells and so was I. The sales ladies knew their business and I was impressed.
Our house smells delicious. Thank you BaBW!

Love this place Thomas is amazing don’t ever loose him he is always helpful and makes my experience so much better in all honesty the bath and body works on craig and rancho is closer to me but I go to this one because it’s the only one with thomas all the staff here are very friendly and helpful but Thomas is something special

Love this location have always had a great experience. Left there with everything I wanted and more. Store looks super cute set up for fall. The staff was amazing and very helpful in helping me find everything I needed.

Staff was super friendly. Ashlee helped answer questions about the semi-​annual sale and searched the back for a scent that wasn’t in stock in the front. The store was clean and super organized. I spent more than intended, which must be a good sign of good value with the sales they had.

Went on Sunday 5−17−15 around 1:30 PM. Staff is nice and friendly.
I went because I had a coupon for a free signature item with $ 10 purchase.
I don’t know how but I walked out of there with $ 50 worth of stuff. Them gals are hustlers, lemme tell ya.

What a cute little location! As with any Bath & Body Works, its full of great deals and exceptional smells. The saleswomen were extremely helpful and greeted me immediately upon entering. The only drawback to this location is the layout of the store. Trying to leave you kinda have to figure your way out of this fragrant labyrinth.

Most of the staff are very attentive but some seem to rush you out of the store. For the most part I have had very positive experiences at this store. I make purchase once a month and usually leave very happy. 4 stars :)

Shawna was fantastic! Very helpful and gave wonderful suggestions. Try the new SKY fragrance… it’s very refreshing and new and clean smelling… If only they could bring back the strawberry lemonade scent I would be in heaven

I gave it two stars only because it’s close to where I live! Other than that there’s really not much to like about this location because the staff don’t greet you or acknowledge you when your in the store. When checking out they have attitudes and are very unprofessional. Today I bought candles and spent a pretty penny and the cashier didn’t offer to wrap my candles and put then in three tiny bags that were very heavy and not protected.

In the past I’ve experienced such terrible customer service at this location I dislike coming here but today I didn’t feel like driving all the way to another location. Wow they have changed! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed by Marcia? I’m not the best with names… As I looked around I was confused why the product I was looking for was missing and some was dirty but Kelly came over and she cleaned the product that was dirty for me, asked me what I was looking for, gave me advice for similar product, checked in later to make sure I was ok and when I got in line! She was simply amazing. I’ve never felt so cared about! My cashier was Heather and she was shy but didn’t care that I needed two separate purchases due to my coupons and asked me how I wanted my gift to be wrapped! She thanked me at the end for coming in and asked if I wanted my receipt with me or in the bag and when I said in the bag she actually put it in the bag unlike past cashiers I’ve had! Marcia was still there at the door and wished me a wonderful day and thanked me. As a previous employee of this company it was just nice to feel at home again and not be disappointed. I hate bragging but after providing great customer service you do technically expect to have it and today they surely did that for me :) but this location can’t go up to ⁴⁄₅ stars until the company provides them with more product!

Need the perfect gift? Well look no further! I go here a lot to pick up some smell good stuff for my wife. Great deals all the time and a super friendly staff. A plus about this one is that it is close to my house so super convenient.

This location is right by my house, and is very convenient. The staff has always been very polite and helpful here– I have never had any problems with them. There’s never been an issue with applying coupons at this location.
