Dr. Banks is hands down amazing! Been our family dentist for a long time. Must visit!

A lot of dentists should take an example from Dr. Banks and take culinary health fund! After getting told by multiple dentists on my side of town that they don’t accept my insurance I asked my coworkers which dentist they go to. A lot of people in my department visit Dr. Banks because they were referred by his son, who happens to be our boss. First impression: nice cozy office and very friendly office staff.
Today I just went in for an exam and X-​rays. Alma, his assistant was very patient when it came to the difficulty of getting my X-​rays. After the X-​rays were done Dr. Banks went over everything with me and made sure I understood what was going on. He was very nice and didn’t try to talk me into doing something I didn’t need to just to make money. In my experience a lot of dentists do that because they don’t make a lot of money off of people with culinary insurance. Overall I give him 5 stars and I’ll see him next week for my cleaning!
P.S: when I pointed out how awesome it is that he takes my insurance he said, «if I stop taking culinary I lose a lot of patients and I really love the people.» Makes me feel really good about making him my regular dentist!

Having seen another dentist last week, and having to wait almost two weeks for an extraction that was killing me I went to Dr Banks.
I called Monday, they got me in Tuesday, then he made sure the referral was for the NEXT day!
He was very sweet, made sure it was an issue that needed the drastic action, and cared enough to make it happen fast.
His staff was very caring and the office was nice, too.
I would recommend him with absolute confidence. I’ll be going back!
