This place has been recommended to me for a few years now & finally on my last trip to Vegas, I left the strip to try it out. Was it worth the hype? YES! You know when you head back home & miss food from your vacation? This was it for me! I was skeptical ordering a loco moco that didn’t sound traditional. It had a wagyu burger over risotto with 2 eggs, grilled onions, & sriracha bacon jam. It was so flavorful & each part of the meal was perfectly made. I devoured it. My husband ordered a burger also with wagyu beef. Also very delicious, but was $ 26?! Never heard of a burger that expensive before. Service was fairly good. They almost forgot about my cocktail. Everyone was busy trying to keep up with the crowd. Overall, we loved Bachi Burger enough that we’ll probably coming back the next time we’re in Vegas. Heads up! It gets packed so be prepared to wait awhile.

Love love love Bachi burger. I have been here so many times, I have tried almost everything on their menu. Love the Kalbi burger with truffle fries, Kiki, Ronin, sweet potato fries, their homemade pickles, sausages… everything I tried I liked! It is nice that they combined their ramen with the burger place so now you can order off of both menus, so everyone can get something instead of having to only order burgers or only ramen. The only thing that sucks is the wait time, if you want to eat during dinner time there is a guarantee wait time, especially on weekends. So either eat a little early or a little later… or go to their second location on Russell and avoid the wait time.

Yummy in my tummy! We didn’t eat before the Carrot Top show and were looking for a place that served dinner late and we found the perfect spot!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place, we arrived around 10:30 and it was still full but we were able to be seated pretty quickly. The fries are served a la Carte and they are big enough to share with another person. If you have more people, I would suggest trying all three types they serve. They also have tons of burgers from beef to lamb to vegetarian and fish! My boyfriend had the Black and Green with Wagyu, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, blue cheese and garlic and he couldn’t stop raving about it and actually said«perfect burger, so good!» And I had the Bachi fish sandwich and it was delicious!!! It was pan seared to a nice crispy finish which was just delectable and the flavor combination is seriously amazing! Oh and they have adult milkshakes!!! What??? I would most definitely go back again just to get the truffle Parmesan fries!!!

Oh man. If I could import one restaurant from Las Vegas to Denver, I’d have a hard time deciding between this and Osi’s Kitchen. Apples and oranges, I know, but this was one of the best damn burgers I’ve had… ever. First off, the entire menu looks amazing. Every single burger. Every single everything. After seriously analyzing every menu item, I eventually figured I couldn’t go wrong with any of them, and opted for the Kalbi. Holy flavor bomb… seriously amazing. The bun was perfectly toasty, the sauce was so flavorful, the patty was perfectly cooked, and the texture and flavor combo was spot on. I visit Las Vegas annually for business, and I will ABSOLUTELY make a point to come back next time I’m in town so I can try something else. But… um…maybe they could open a Denver location? For me? Please? Franchise, maybe? PLEASE???

This was my second time here and I was honestly not very impressed. I felt that my disappointment stemmed from the high expectations that I had for the food and that it was not what I expected. I have heard about this place from many of my foodie friends who rave about their oxtail fries and burgers. I went a few years back and tried one of their other gourmet fries which was not oxtail fries and that was utterly delicious to me. So upon returning I was determined to try the fries. Being Jamaican I grew up eating amazing oxtail and it is actually one out of two of my favorite foods, fries being the other one. So I came back and ordered the dish and the miyagi burger. The fries are served in a huge portion that you can split with 3 – 4 people. When I tried it, I didn’t even recognize the oxtail, it tasted like chili. It really didn’t meet the hype that I’ve heard about it. The burger on the other hand was really good, but I felt that I’ve had gourmet burgers like this before and that it was whatever to me. I just really was not impressed with the caliber and taste of their dishes. In terms of service, the waiter was helpful and we did not have to wait long for a table. I felt that they weren’t as attentive especially when we were looking for our checks. The restaurant has a very modern and clean look to it. We were put in a separate room because it was a big party of us. I felt that we were very separate from everyone else so I don’t think I got a good feel of the entire restaurant. But from my perspective, there were a lot of people there yet it was not cramped at all. All in all, I do want to give this place another chance. This time I will not have such high expectations and see if I can find the fries that I enjoyed before.

If I am asked what I’m in the mood for, I can’t say a burger is ever in my top 10 answers. I just can’t say I’m fanatical about burgers or adore the ritual of eating one per se… but when the words, «BACHIBURGER?» come up during the erratic game of where-should-we-eat, I’ll never say no! This place just dresses up the American classic with unconventional ingredients with the Asian fusion twist — like ox-tail meat chili, pickled vegetables, or a runny sunny-side-up egg. Everything is just so full of creative flavor that always leaves you satisfied! FORHER: — The seasonal MANGABURGER(grilled wagyu burger topped with crab & scallop dynamite, sunny side up egg, enoki mushrooms & kaiware sprouts). I also order an iced matcha green tea, which comes with unlimited refills(costs 4 $). FORHIM: — The specialty bbq burger, KIKI’S BURGER(angus beef, sauteed enoki/shitake/eryngli mushrooms, caramelized bacon, sweet onion marmelade, gruyère cheese, garlic chili aioli). We also both got an order of the TRUFFLEPARMESANFRIES(fries topped with parmesan reggiano, black truffle porcini cream, with a side of sun dried tomato aioli). They have happy house Monday thru Friday from 3pm-6pm, which includes 4 $ draft beers, 5 $ milkshakes(non-alcoholic), 6 $ sangria, &7 $ wine/cocktails/alcohoilc milkshakes. They also offer ramen now as well, which I believe is connected to the restaurant just next door!

I kept hearing great things about Bachi Burger the last few times I’ve been to Vegas. So we finally made it here on this trip and wanted to see what the hype was all about. Since there were so many choices we asked our server for recommendations. She said the most popular ones were the Banh-Mi, Miyagi-san’s, and Shogun burgers. I had the Miyagi-san’s Burger: wagyu beef, chili mayo, fried egg, furikake, caramelized bacon, crispy onion rings. It was good but could have been a little more flavorful. I think the quality of the beef made the burger great. We shared 2 types of fries: Just fries served with pineapple ketchup which was literally just fries. I probably wouldn’t order this again. Sweet potato fries served with yuzu citrus aioli. These fries were really good! The portion sizes were pretty huge. 3 of us could not finish the 2 orders of fries and I could only finish ½ of my burger. It was a little pricey but your’e getting a lot for it. Glad I tired Bachi Burger but not sure I would come back again.

It’s been awhile since I visited this place. Today has been a day of ordering food to go. I had the Oxtail chili cheese fries(super delicious) and the spicy miso burger… the burger consisted of Angus beef, onions, Shishito Peppers, fried egg, lettuce, roasted garlic, Swiss cheese, and mayo. The burger was cooked perfectly and had the fresh taste when we got it home.

Great burgers and friendly staff. I’m definitely a fan! Miyagi-San’s burger(wagyu beef, chili mayo, fried egg, furikake, caramelized bacon, and crispy onion rings) — I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, just as how I like my steaks cooked, but I think I’d like it medium next time. Burger was very juicy and tasty, the fried egg was cooked perfectly with the velvety yolk oozing when I cut the burger in half. Truffle Parmesan Fries(parmesan reggiano, black truffle porcini cream, sun dried tomato aioli) — I wish these were fried a bit longer, they were too soggy for me. Because of that, the cream made it taste more soggy. They also have a ramen joint connected next door. Will be back to try their ramen!

Finally made it to Bachi! Surprisingly enough it took a tourist to summon me to come here. He kept blabbing on about seeing Bachi on the food channel and wanted to order what was on tv. Let me just say this place doesn’t disappoint. Oxtail chili cheese fries!!! A serious must have! There’s slices of jalapeños and egg yolk in the mix too. It’s messy, but a great kind of messy. We also had some kind of soft steamed dough pork belly slider. Hm… The dough had a weird sweetness to it. My least favorite item. They are know for burgers(obviously) so we ordered two and cut them in half so we could try both. We had the Miyagi-San and the Kiki burger. Both delicious in their own way, but Miyagi-San was AMAZING! We washed all this down with the plantation style sweet tea with pineapple and mint!

My sis was in town so we decided to come to bachi burger to have some dinner. The hostess who greeted us was very polite but our other party wasn’t here yet and she had said that we needed to wait for the rest of the party before seating us! I thought omg what’s the point if we could have have been seated and got our beverage order first. That was the only downfall. I ordered the oxtail chili cheese fries and the kiki’s burger and the fries just tasted too salty. It was a good idea to have used oxtail because the meat is really tender and moist. The burger was the best thing. Nice and juicy on the inside and the flavors was all there. My sis ordered the shoyu ramen and the taste profile is amazing perfect for a rainy day or if you have a cold. Overall, this place might need some work in customer seating but I would come back for the burgers.

We were staying on the strip, as most people do when they come to Vegas, and we took a little bit of a drive to get to this place because my boyfriends sister wanted it. She said she has to have it every time she’s in Vegas, it’s that good. At first I thought it was silly, especially with so many great places to eat on the strip, however after taking a bite into my enormous burger, I wanted to eat the whole thing, even thought it was so big I knew it was impossible! Defiantly worth the drive, I now will be joining her here on all trips to Vegas :) We got the French fries egg(plus whatever toppings it comes with) appetizer and each got a different burger, all were equally delicious!

I’ve had this place on my Unilocal bookmark list forever. Finally returned to Las Vegas two weeks prior and had a rental car available to take me here. From the main street, it looked like the place was closed because there was a screened patio and no one was sitting there. When we came by the front and entered we realized it was certainly NOT closed. Place was pretty full on a Friday afternoon. We were fortunate to get a seat. From reading so many reviews, I opted for the Miyagi-San burger(requested medium) and a side of truffle fries. My husband decided to order off their Shoya ramen menu. The burger came, excitement level 9000! It tasted… good. But I was severely disappointed that they overcooked my burger! It was medium well. No ways around it. I really feel it being overcooked distracted me from what would otherwise be very delicious flavors. The Truffle Parmesan fries were good. The black truffle porcini cream was very tasty. I wished it had more. I really didn’t taste much of the parmesan however. The sun dried tomato aioli was forgettable. Overall, I may have overhyped the place for myself as I left feeling a bit disappointed.

Its been SIX years since my last visit where i said i wouldn’t return, and STILL Bachi manages to fark up the service portion of my meal. So disappointing. I brought my Grandma/pa so that he can eat a burger and my Asian grandmother can have ramen(perfect, or so i thought). Ordered, ramen for her, a burger for me and pops, 2 fries, and a milk shake. Ramen comes out in normal 12 – 14 minute time frame. Milkshake comes out next 8 – 10 minutes later. 15 – 18 minutes from there(yes, over a half hour and 70% through her ramen our burgers come out. And how about another 10 minutes for our fries when i was taking my last 2 bites of my burger. What the hell?! No updates from the waitress, no apology or even explanation for the delays or for our meal coming out deconstructed. We asked for no lettuce on one of the burgers and it still came out with it on. I simply do not understand! Its simple… other restaurants can handle a simple burger with NOLETTUCE, why cant you? You did it six years ago when we asked for no onions. AMAZING! People make the comment that it takes time to make a good burger. I may be ok with that if you can at least bring out the meal so we can eat TOGETHER. And maybe get the order correct at LEAST. Part of the dining experience is service, and Bachi fails at this and has not attempted to remedy it since they opened years ago.

My wife and I finally made it here on our most recent trip to Vegas. I had seen it on DDD and it looked amazing. We arrived at about230pm on a Friday. It was packed. We had to wait 10 minutes. We had Pork belly steamed buns Oxtail chili cheese fries were amazing! And because it is a new thing we tried their Tonkotsu Shio ramen which was amazing also! We see told there are 2 kitchens: one for ramen and one for the burger for one restaurant. Whatever the food was amazing! This place is much better than most of the DDD places weave tried. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Vegas. Service was 5⁄5.

Saw this place featured on the Food Network and had to try it! BAHNMIBURGER!!! Who knew that a pork-shrimp burger patty would be everything I ever wanted in life? Pair that with the truffle fries(drizzled with their insane mushroom gravy) and you’ve got it made. So glad they opened up locations in Los Angeles!

Bachi Burger is pretty tasty. This location in particular has combined with the ramen place next door so they also serve ramen and other dishes here of the Japanese culture. On the Bachi Burger side of the menu, gotta give some credit to their oxtail chili fries. Oxtail Fries are definitely a shareable portion — eat them alone and you may or may not be too full before you touch your burger. Burger-wise. There are angus and waygu beef options, waygu is ¾ dollars more expensive. Well constructed and tasty burgers here!

Unilocal challenge 2016(30⁄100) Wowowow. So much good food here! Between me, my sister, and our friend we got two appetizers and one burger each. We weren’t disappointed and went home with a lovely food coma! We finished everything! I recommend the Pork Belly Buns, Oxtail Fries, and the Miyagi Burger. The Pork Belly Buns were so good and it was tender! It’s a great small appetizer. The Oxtail fries were huge, but beware of the jalapenos if you don’t like it hot. Honestly, each dish was a 10⁄10! The fried egg on the Miyagi was perfection. The size of the burger was a pretty big portion and you get a really big patty which is awesome! It’s definitely a true Asian fusion burger place. I read that the manager is from my hometown in Torrance too, woot woot!

Love love loved it!!! When I found out we were going to Vegas I KNEW this was the first place I’d hit up… Yes we are DDD groupies and we were not deceived!!! We arrived around 1pm on a Thursday — there wasn’t a wait!!! Our server was so hospitable — he was polite, attentive, and really seemed to enjoy his job… his cheerfulness actually made me a little happier… He gave us recommendations(even though Guy Fieri already showed me(Kalbi) what I was getting, my BF took the server up on his recommendation(Miyagi San) and wasn’t disappointed)! Like the true fat asses we are, we started with the oxtail chili cheese fries with extra chili aioli on the side — SOOOOOGOOD… The runny egg yolk dispersing over the tender meat, jalapeños, and crispy fries… #heaven! Our burgers were cooked perfectly — medium well, as requested! I love all Asian food — Asian anything makes me happpppppy… so my Kalbi marinated burger with kimchi, HITTHESPOT… I could eat it weekly and not get sick of it!!! We finished off with the Portuguese donuts — I wasn’t impressed… Mainly Bcuz the donuts were raw on the inside… but I was too stuffed to complain. Overall this was a great experience(sans donuts)…
