I absolutely love this location. Not only was I served quickly, without waiting forever like other locations, they took care of everything I needed. The manager Elynor is absolutely amazing. It’s really the only location I am willing to go to for resolutions, and to upgrade a phone or tablet. I love them!

The young lady, Stephanie, who assisted us was very helpful. I was very frustrated and took it out on her. She listened patiently as I vented out. She then proceeded and helped us and answered all our questions. Ultimately, I give her 5-star for being a great listener and for executing absolute customer service!!!

We went into this store for a quote on new service and it turned out to be the best deal for our price range! Robbi was great! He was professional and handled all of our needs quickly and accurately AND saved us some money per month. We’ve only had their service for a day now but we seem to like it! And the free tablet is a plus! :) We walked right in and we were helped immediately. Nice store, with nice people.

This is a very good place to get your phones or services done. They have some good accessories for your phones. The customer service is outstanding. Just don’t go there when you are in a hurry because sometimes it takes a long time for you to get help. Most transaction takes about 15 – 30 per person because everyone waits to upgrade or have problems. You just have to wait. I try to go early in the morning or after lunch when they aren’t as busy. The staff tries hard to help and solve your problems. I live close by and it’s a good place for me.

The worse customer service in my entire life! I am literally trying to give you money and you still cannot help me. I am trying to upgrade to an IPhone 6, 20 days early because my battery life after the new update sucks. I have made 5 phone calls to the 800 number in which I got 5 different answers. They keep telling me the store had to do the override. I am gladly trying to pay them a $ 35 early fee for doing nothing and they still won’t take it. They say the 800 number has to note it and the 800 number says the store has to note it on my account. So not only do they not want $ 199 for the phone plus $ 35 fee and my $ 100 a month business! Fine, I will gladly go to Verizon after all these years.

We went in here to upgrade my son from an iPhone to a galaxy phone. The girl that helped us went above and beyond. He turned it on and needed some help syncing everything from his Google drive to the new phone. I was completely lost. She stuck with it and they figured it out, she was a big help and a pleasure to talk to. He would have struggled with that for a while if she hadn’t taken the extra time to help him. Also, it was a graduation gift and kind of a surprise and she played along and made it special for him. I really appreciated that.

Upon arrival I was approached and put on a «waiting list». Looked at the phone I wanted for upgrade and took a seat. Then I was approached again and said thank you for your patience it will be thirty minutes. 1 and a half hours later we still sat on this orange bench with no back rest. They have two people working and they are both talking it up about some random crap. How about you make a sell then move on instead of talking to some old mothers trying to get there phone numbers even though they provided them to you upon approach. Ok so now we attempt to leave the store cause I’m tired of a waiting for a phone and find this location decides to conduct illegal business practices and locks every single exit door making it impossible for us to leave on our own will. Once we pushed the door this Asian dude that works there stops talking to the moms and says O I can unlock it for you. Not a o I will be right with you or sorry for the wait but a I’ll unlock the door for you. This place is negative stars. I will now cancel my phone and go to Verizon!

There are some things that I just don’t want to spend too much time on. Basically, my goal is to be in and out. My phone bill is one of these things. Yes, I can sign up for bill pay but I usually like things taken out when I pay for them and not days later, which is usually the case when I try to pay my cell bill online. So I’d rather just drive the 5 minutes to pay the bill and be done with it. This store has a billpay kiosk. I go in, enter my phone number and information, I choose my method of payment and I’m out the door. The associates leave me alone. They greet me happily, ask if I need help, point to the kiosk when I state the reason for my visit and stay out of my way. Thank you… I hate being bothered with I’ve got a mission in mind.
