Horrible experience! Went in to purchase a phone and sign up with AT&T. They had one guy out the front serving and he was busy with a customer so I waited and waited then I asked if he was the only one on and he said my manager is out the back, I asked if he could possibly help me. The employee went out the back to ask if he was able to help me but I was informed ‘he was too busy’ to help me. I chose a different phone company. I think they need a new manager who will do his job properly and go out of his way for customers. Very bad experience. I went in at 5pm on Saturday 9th of January 2016. Thanks.

The sales person there didn’t put in any effort to explain how the Mobile Share program or the AT&T Next program worked. I could understand if he didn’t understand the product, however he came across as arrogant. I put a call into customer service and got the info i needed to understand the products, within 5 min.

AT&T downtown Summerlin(Sahara/215 right next door to Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile) does not have kiosk machines to accept cash payments for monthly wireless service customers and this store was understaffed with a long line. I left frustrated! AT&T at Boca Park, 2 miles east at Charleston/Rampart, offers these kiosks to make payments and has recently expanded into a very large store.

The initial service we got from this retailer was top notch, the store manager Axton was the man and got us all set up with adding my girlfriend(a new AT&T customer) to my existing AT&T wireless account. He went over everything with us on the plan, how to get insurance for it, what our bill would look like with the new changes, the works. He was great. Fast forward to Day 8 of having her new iPhone 6, my girlfriend is struggling to keep calls connected, cannot use her wired headset and people are complaining that they cannot hear her on the phone. We call the store and the girl who answers tells us that they cannot do anything for us and that we need to go to the Apple Store. After a bit of arguing(and threatening to cancel the new line) the girl tells us that the manager will be in tomorrow as well as a shipment of brand new iPhones and that they could probably do a swap out for us then. Day 10: No new iPhones. Manager instructs us that we will need to go to the Apple Store and see what they can do for us because At&T «doesn’t make the phones» and that it is under the manufacturers warranty for repairs. Needless to say this was my first experience using the AT&T store for my wireless needs and it will definitely be the last. I get much better service from the Apple Store as well as the AT&T online sales team. I guess that is what we get for not waiting the two days for the new phone from .
