Rented a house at 9350 Corkfish Street, Las Vegas, NV 89 119. We had MAJOR problems with our neighbors at 9370 Corkfish Street. The lady was crazy, had nothing better to do but stare out her window and be in everyone else’s business (she knew practically my whole life before her and I ever exchanged words!). Well we got into an altercation one day regarding our 6 week old puppies we found in a box by a dumpster. She yelled at my 5 year old, threatening to the calls cops on my FIVE YEAR OLD, claiming he was dragging the dogs on their backs down the street. There was another adult outside and their 9 year old child who told me the truth. The dog flipped over (he was 6 weeks old, and a bit clumsy) but flipped back immediately on his own. I told her to NEVER speak to my son again, or me, or anyone in my family and take her anxiety ridden self elsewhere, at which point her 16 year old daughter got out of the car and called me effing bitch. She condoned this behavior, which shows you the trash we lived near. What happened next, we did not expect. We expected this to be done and over. Little did we know, that EVERY SINGLE time we’d encounter them, they’d start a fight with us… and then call the cops on us! So we started video taping every time we were outside! Of course the very next day, they started another altercation! We called the cops who said they couldn’t do anything unless he actually psychically harmed me or my child, but advised us to take it to the HOA. So we did exactly that. What happened next is even more bewildering than their relentless behavior. I couldn’t believe it. They fined ALL parties involved, INCLUDING US the victims… even though the video clearly showed US the victims being verbally harassed and physically threatened! So we paid a $ 500 fine! So instead of being protected by the HOA by this relentless harassment by this horrible neighbor and her physically abusive husband and verbally abusive daughter, and slandered by this crazy neighbor to the entire neighborhood, we were fined $ 500!!! The house is now up for sale (9350 Corkfish Street)…this is your warning, take it for what it is, but RUN! And Run FAST!!! And supposedly the landlord came to some sort of agreement with the HOA (sounds like a refund of the $ 500), but the landlord has not been forthcoming of any or such information. This is little information, imagine the big information she is hiding. So the landlord is obviously a liar (if you are a buyer, I’d be VERY WARY of what this landlord, Nereida Hrabe says, as she obviously shows potential to be a lying scumbag to steal from a single mother who just recently found out I have a brain tumor… which is why we just left without a fight (obviously bigger fish to fry), b/​c after speaking to a HOA attorney, we could have fought this and we would have won… she was not a professional landlord, so she didn’t know the intricacies of NRS laws, but she took it out of my security deposit so I had no choice to pay it), the HOA completely makes it an unsafe neighborhood for single mothers and children /​families to allow such scumbags in this neighborhood with condoning such behavior (like screaming the F bomb in front of the ENTIRE neighborhood!, have an 8 min video of proof!) and the white trash neighbors who were screaming such profanity in front of the entire neighborhood children! The most chaotic, ghetto neighborhood I have ever encountered, except paying double the price of the ghetto. Enjoy the ghetto if you live there. Run if you don’t. And read the reviews people. I am NOT the only person who has bad stuff to say. In fact until 2, 5 star — no words ratings came up suddenly within the past few days, they were all 1 star!
