Best prices on gas on this side of town! Love that they added the new coffee machines and I can get whip cream. Almost just as good as Starbucks!

Asked the cashier for a plastic bag after making a $ 25 gas purchase. The cashier said they don’t have plastic bags. Multiple plastic bags in plain view behind the counter… Wtf!!! lol

Stopped by this gas station because it’s cheap and convenient like many others have stated. I decided to grab a pack of cigarettes as well as putting $ 40 on my pump. The cashier holds my card to look at it for literally over a minute. I proceed to ask if something was wrong in a professional manner because I know how some customers can get rude (I experience this first hand every day as I’m a pharmacy tech lol) and he goes on to say that I’m using a fake ID. Excuse me? I know people say that Asian people look young but to say that I am using a fake ID or that I don’t look at least 18(I’m 22) is ridiculous. If I can get into nightclubs fine a pack of cigarettes should be no problem. I told him that he should be able to tell the difference between a real government issued ID and a fake one and told him to put the cigarettes back if he’s so concerned and to just put $ 40 on my pump. He said nothing then rung out the pack of cigarettes and gas. No bye or thank you. Very unprofessional.

Adding to a previous review. I made a second attempt to go to this gas station however the person inside manning the station could not fulfill their job responsibilities. This is likely due to his lack of English skills. Extreme confusion between multiple pumps and customers. And then he had an angry customer from the slot Machines that the guy couldn’t figure how to payout. Seriously this is ridiculous!
Extremely unhappy! The automatic shut off for the pump did not function and spewed fuel once the tank was full all over my vehicle my shoes and suit. This of course ruined my shoes and I hope that it does not ruin my suit. It’s probably better to go to Chevron across the street.

Love the cheap gas and really clean store, but I think the manager might die if he was forced to smile.

By far the cheapest gas in this area! I am a regular here. Clean store and courtesy staff. Lots of good lighting and parking close to the store. Specials here are great! Highly recommended!

i went there because it was at a convenient location and gas was cheap but now I know why it is cheap, they hire employees and give them no empowerment. I was paying debit which cost 35 cents and when I went to pump the gas, it would only pump $ 1.14 then stopped and would not pump anymore. It was lined up at the cashiers so I moved to the pump next to it and reinserted my debit which cost another 35 cents and my sister pumped the gas while I went in to wait in line. When I got to the cashier, he told me I had to talk to guy that was outside then that guy came from the back of the store, not outside. I told and showed him what happened and he told me he could not do anything for me as I would need to speak to a Manager to get my 35 cent refund. Really! It was 35 cents. I don’t care about the 35 cents but it is the principle. Empower your people to refund 35 cents! Then I emailed Arco on their website in August and they sent me an email back that they were looking into the compliant. I heard nothing so emailed them a month later and again they said they were looking into it. To date have not heard back.
POOR, POOR, unacceptable customer service!

Corner of Rainbow and Blue Diamond makes this a convenient location. Plus it’s the cheapest gas in the area. You can pay outside or go inside to pay. Plenty of pumps. Quick service inside. Good snack and drink options. Clean and friendly.
